Definitely need for smaller people
Bought it for my grandma and it does it's job. I thought i wouldn't need it, but was very glad i bought it when fitting her to her blood pressure monitor.

It's only getting three stars because of the inflated price during the pandemic -2020-, in 2019 this product was only 9+ dollars.

Will not work properly,they will not accept returns. "Buyer Beware " I'm shocked Amazon would allow this.
