Perfect for studio apartment
Easy to assemble, adjustable to any bike, stable, and with a minimal footprint. Short of hanging a bike from the ceiling this is the best way to minimize the space a bike takes in a confined space. It's easy to get bikes on and off as well, you don't have to have the strength to lift the bike, you just have to be able to keep the bike in a vertical position and roll it on the back tire on/off the rack. It's a thoughtful and efficient, minimal design and works well.

Space saving, no drilling, bike storage solution
I live in a small apartment in New York City. My bike isn't super fancy or anything but I'll be damned if I trust anything of mine being safe while locked up outside on the street. That's why I got this.My building is really old and the walls seem to be made of plaster/cynder blocks so drilling a wall mount isn't the most ideal in this rental apartment. Because this bike stand is freestanding, I can move it anywhere in the apartment without it needing to be near a wall. There are other vertical stands that support the bike by resting the seat post on a yoke, whereas this one has an extension that comes up to hook the front wheel while the back wheel is nestled between adjustable rollers. My seat post is so down low that it's basically nonexistent so those vertical stands are out for me. But the added benefit of the front wheel hook makes it so I don't need a velcro strap to keep the handlebar from turning around while vertical. Also with the bottom part of the mount, I can use it to hold my bike in place horizontally as it holds my back wheel in place. So in a way it's like 2 bike stands in one!All in all I am very happy with this bike stand. It's definitely my best investment for my bike in my small apartment situation. Holds my bike vertical or horizontal without needing to drill or be near a wall. Super sturdy and made of metal, so easy to build, and comes in a surprisingly small package. Fully assembled, the base itself takes up like 2 feet x 1.3 feet.

Sturdy on carpet
Absolutely perfect. Instructions were in German but assembly was simple. Gives so much extra room stored vertically, it's very sturdy even on carpet.

A simple bike rack that does the job
The rack is fairly lightweight so is easy to move, and it can accommodate a range of tire sizes. Although it does flex when you put the bike on or off, it feels sturdy and stable enough, and there is a counterforce set of feet to avoiding tipping back once a bike is attached. (Those feet are coated to reduce scraping, but that didn’t feel like enough floor protection, so I adhered rubber bumpers to be safe.) I would avoid using it in an area of heavy foot traffic where it could be knocked over.Assembly was simple, and the instructions very clear. Just note that bag G is packed in bag C, and bag D was inside bag A — initially, I thought they were missing. And the screws sometimes are hard to align; the oval openings can get you slightly offset, though they allow for greater fit tolerance. All in all, the stand saved 2 feet of floor space, though you need to keep that saved space open to wheel the bike in — you can’t really slide a bike in from the side. If your bike is much longer than 70”, it may not fit onto the wheel hook, FYI. Do note that the wheel guides keep your wheels straight, which means you can’t turn the front wheel so the handlebars don’t stick out so much. That’s not a design flaw, just the reality of using a mount you might not anticipate.Mounting a bike vertically requires strength to lift the bike up onto the frame’s guide rollers. Those rollers ensure proper alignment but also limit your own torque. And getting the front wheel into the retaining hook can be tricky. After a few times, your muscle memory will kick in.I don’t see the point of using this as a horizontal mount — just get a kickstand!Overall, this rack does its job. It should work nicely for most people.

Great value, well built and overall a smart buy.
Such a great purchase that saves space and securely holds your bike. It was a breeze to set up and I'd highly recommend this item to those that are looking to buy this, you can't go wrong.

Perfect!
Very easy to assemble. All the parts are wrapped individually and identified by letter. The instructions are fairly easy to figure out albeit the type set could be larger. Basic tools you'll need (L wrench) are included. The metal pieces are well constructed and NOT flimsy. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble. It's working well! Pretty sturdy. I tried installing a device on my wall but in a highrise it is difficult to get molly bolts in walls at often times you're dealing with aluminum 'two by fours' and concrete posts.

Sturdy space saver
Useful to save space! Fit both my mountain and street bikes, adjustable, and clearly well designed. Took about 40 minutes to assemble. The only difficulty was with one part that could be installed in the wrong direction, but an easy fix.

fine but wouldn’t get again
Seems decently sturdy once I figured out the correct orientation for the hook holding the top wheel. Assembly was fairly easy although a bit frustrating.Cons: fairly lightweight, so I need to pick my bike up into it rather than rolling onto the holder (will just push/slide the whole thing across the floor). I wish it had some built in weights, especially at the base to keep a low center of mass. Additionally the screws on the sliding wheel holder are placed directly in the way of the rest of the component, so you can barely twist the screw as intended - it could so easily but put on the other side where there are no obstructions.
