works pretty well, just as claimed, my sleep definitely improved.but folks, i got the 11kg one, seems a bit heavy. so consider buying a lighter one.even to unwrap the blanket when i wakeup seems an effort. but the positive side is even if change positions the blanket remains in position.Doesnt feel hot.
