I 0enjoyed 0this 0product since Jan. 0As 0you can 0see the 0zeros that are appearing as I 0am typing. I am not 0sure why this is happening. 0I 0powered 0the keyboard on and off 0and it is still 0doing 0this. 0Needless 0to say 0I have 0to now look 0for 0an 0alternative 0keyboard 0solution.

Keyboard does not pair up with Mac, Android
I received this keyboard and mouse pair today. The mouse paired up fine with my Mac and stared working immediately.The keyboard, on the other hand, does not pair up. Here are the steps -1. Added fresh pair of AAA batteries to the keyboard.2. Slid the tab to "On" side and then pressed the "Connect" button.3. The blue light on key board started blinking.4. My Mac identified this new bluetooth device.5. When clicked "connect" button, it displayed a pin number and asked to enter the same from the keyboard.6. I did key-in the pin from the keyboard and hit the Return key. Nothing happened. Mac still kept displaying the Pair window with the pin and eventually went away.No matter how many times I try it, Mac side looks good. But the keying-in the pin from the keyboard does not work. Even tried "Forget this device" on the Mac and tried to pair it up again. No luck. Tried same forget device step with the mouse and it paired up again successfully.I also tried to pair it up with my android phone. Observed the same issue there - the phone keeps displaying the Pair Device screen with the pin, keying-in the pin from the keyboard has no effect and the Pair Device screen on the phone goes away eventually.Seems like pressing the keys on the keyboard has no effect. Frustrated!

Wasn't able to connect via bluetooth
Unfortunately I was unable to connect the keyboard and mouse to my laptop via bluetooth and had to return. I double checked the description to make sure it was intended for my laptop and version of Window and it was but didn't work I made several attempts while using the directions each time. I like the features of the item but since my laptop is older it just wasn't working.

Keyboard doesn't work and mouse is delicate
I really wanted this to work, but after 2 months of trouble shooting, going through 8 brand new AAA batteries, and buying rechargeable AAA batteries, it is going to the electronic recycling bin.The mouse worked really well, until it dropped it. I have dropped a lot of mice before on harder surfaces, and they were fine. When I dropped the mouse, it stopped working completely.The keyboard was a nightmare. I read the reviews about the keyboard but still purchased it thinking it wouldn't happen to me. I place 2 new AAA batteries and it worked great, for a few hours then stopped. After some troubleshooting, I place brand new batteries and everything was fine. However, after going through 8 brand new AAA batteries, I decided to purchase rechargeable AAA batteries.When using the rechargeable batteries and had to replace them, the charging indicator showed they were still fully charged. I gave up last week having to replace the batteries 2-3 times a day. I purchased another brand.Hope this helps.
