Akiara Yume 20 is good looking, compact, portable sewing machine with different useful features. It's a user friendly machine. But company should develop a compatible technical support team to support new and old customers on utmost priority.

Machine working as expected.there awas an issue after usage of six months when reached out for customer support they (akaira team) were ready to help you out and now my product is working well..stitching has speed settings as said..easy to use.mlooks wise it is nice.

I had ordered this Machine in November 2024 and this is my experience in the last 2 months.I called them after receiving the machine but there was no response after Multiple follow ups The technician visited in January First week and during the demo he told that the machine is faulty as it was not stitching properly and needs to be repaired to which i asked him to replace the machine as its new only to which they replaced my machine. When the technician visited for the demo of the second machine he told that the new machine is also faulty and took the machine to service centre then i received another machine.Now when i received the replaced machine they tell me they cannot give me demo cause as per policy they give demo only twice. I don’t understand how can someone give a demo on a faulty machine. They even mail you asking to remove the feedbackWould recommend not to buy this machine and go for some reputed brands in market

Akiara yumi stitch is a good sewing machine.it is very useful and helpful for me. Great product just love it

The machine is okay for extremely beginner users for minimal alterations and for domestic use only. For the price it’s a okay product. Hard realisation was, i was not able to change the presser foot for different reasons. The pro is it’s small and simple and works great for small alterations. Altered my jeans with really great difficulty. But if you’re looking to learn how to professionally sew, i would recommend investing on a branded product even though it would cost a bit more.

Machine is working well, (Lightweight)but the service of repair to little bit complex.otherwise everything is 👍 good
