Cold AC
My 2003 Dodge Gran Caravan has air conditioning again. So far so good!!!

Bad product, and manufacturing
This pump went out within one day of installation. The warranty dept is no help and the product manufacturer is just as bad. Not only did I get double charged from my bank and prime Visa but no one will explain why non of my so called gift card balance didn't cover a steel braided hose and other things, it put itself on my main payment plan and I wound up paying not only interest, but for the products that were supposedly paid for by my gift cards. I'm not happy, but paid anyways

Good compressor!
I've installed 3 of these compressors on different dodge minivans. So far they are doing the job good.

damaged air conditioning compressor
It doesn't cool and only lasted 6 months. Then it broke.

The first item I received was defected I contacted you and you arranged a return for me and sent me another one and I'm satisfied and pleased with the service

Bad clutch Didn't last 8 month
This is a total piece of junk. Although the fit was good, the clutch went out within 8 months. I have tried to call the company, but no one answers the phone. I feel that I deserve a refund for the price paid for the compressor, but I have gotten no response from the company. I had to pay for the labor to put it in, worked for less than 8 months, and I now had to pay to have another installed that has a lifetime warranty. At least the new company stands behind their product. Don't waste your money!
