I actually wound up using this camera a lot. The picture quality is very good, the color rendition is bright and vibrant in daylight, not so good in low light, the price for the x3 is not bad for what you ultimately get, and the invisible selfie stick feature (which works with any stick, tripod, arm, whatever is holding the camera, is kinda cool. Pro - easy to use, easy(ish) interface, good daylight image quality, nice features, good image stability, good battery life, easy to find accessories online. Cons - bad low light, menus and touch have a small learning curve, LEN COVERS ARE NOT VERY DURABLE. Fortunately before a motorcycle trip I bought lens covers for the camera (which offer there own special problems), the cover got a rock chip literally 20 mins into our adventure. But because it was a polycarbonate cover, I used some brass polish and scrubbed the scratch to light enough that it was not to noticable. But beware, if this had happened to the actual lens, I'd be screwed. Overall and for the $$ this is a good camera. It is great not to have to worry about composition and just enjoy your adventure. It's a bit clunky to edit what you want afterwards, but it cool and fun to use.

Fantastic 360 Camera with Incredible Versatility The Insta360 X3 has quickly become one of my favorite cameras to use. The video quality is crisp, stabilization is incredibly smooth, and the 360° capture makes it easy to reframe shots exactly how I want in editing. The touchscreen is bright and responsive, and the overall build feels solid and durable. Battery life is decent, and the software tools make exporting and sharing clips super simple. If you're looking for a compact action camera that gives you maximum creative flexibility, the X3 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Other than a subpar battery life of about 20ish minutes of recording , great for content and ease of use in the app to get the video you want depending on what angles you want include from the 360 video , good camera quality for social media

My first 360 cam I love it pretty easy to use it records for about 25 minutes and shuts off I think from getting hott and then starts recording again on its own in a few minutes not sure exactly y tho and I only use it to record my motorcycle rides battery life is pretty good I bought 2 other batteries for it and the battery life on those r about half of the original battery

The camera works fine but service is bad. I had an issue with play back which could have been resolved easily if tech support was better trained. It took many hours of email and calls to fix the issue. Insta 360 offered compensation which I accepted. It again took several emails to get the delivery instructions, my address, sorted out. It took weeks to get here and guess what, its not what I requested. It was supposed to be a charging bank but they sent a battery instead. I already have a spare. I have now started the no doubt lengthy process of getting this new screw up sorted out with INSTA360.

Piece of garbage. Requires Cellular phone connection to operate. Does not work over Wi-Fi at home So in my remote area, this device is useless Customer Service sucks Continuous emails back-and-forth don’t resolve any situations Do not buy don’t waste your money
