This was a gift for my brothers to try red light therapy and i liked the specs on this and the price so i gifted it and i was pleasantly surprised to see that this has the blinking function which I’m hearing good things about. This is the one to start with and decide if you like it. Use this for 20 minutes once a day for 2 weeks on an area of your body where you have pain like knees. Back, foot, shoulder , etc and then decide if you notice a difference. You won’t have to do it that much but first timers need to commit to that before making a decision. Very pleased with the quality and functions.

Update: after just 1 month, the red lights no longer come on. Very sad and disappointed, this was NOT a cheap easy purchase for me financially. I need this to assist healing a bad nerve injury and I believe it was helping. I do not recommend..............1. What is the purpose of the different heat settings? Is one better than the other? And how so? I have no idea, neither the instruction booklet nor Amazon info doesn't say.2. Amazon info says 10 Hertz is for healing, and 40 Hertz is for pain relief. But the instruction booklet says the exact opposite. So... which is it?The device has worked fine, but I'd really love to know how to use it for the things I need. Amazed that they didn't take time to explain something so basic in their instructions. I'm particularly trying to heal an injury.

UPDATE: Seller sent free replacement. It needs to be connected to the USB adapter and plugged into the wall to work well. The battery option is apparently not powerful enough. That solved one problem but now I have to be sitting or lying down to use it. Also, several of the LEDs stopped working soon after receiving the replacement. I'm adding a couple stars to this rating because the seller is very helpful. I imagine a lot of similar products would have similar issues. Good seller, so-so product.When it arrived, I noticed that the power cord was missing but I decided to keep it and use the USB option due to an acute shoulder injury. The red light therapy seems to work rather well. I was happy with this item despite the missing power cord and having to purchase separate power banks - until it just stopped working all of a sudden. This occurred after only a month and a half of use. I had expected it to at least last a year. It was past the return window but Amazon was good enough to allow me to return it. I actually wanted a replacement but I wasn't given that option. I'm now shopping for something similar - hopefully with a longer lifespan.

I use this product on my left leg for an ailing IT band that goes from my hip all the way down to my ankle!! This product covers a lot of the leg, so I only have to move it twice and it is very easy to use and I personally use it on setting number five which is warm but not too hot. I just highly recommend this product for anything that aches on your body. It will definitely make it feel better.!!

I bought this in July. I used it occasionally, and it helped. Something happened in November and I started using it every single day for minimum 30 minutes and sometimes up to 2.5 hours. Red Light Therapy works! The output from this device is in the two ranges required for healing and pain relief. Unfortunately, this brand is a cheaply made unit. After daily use for 5 weeks, two LEDs went out. 5 days later a whole row of LED's went out. Unfortunately, I belatedly read the negative reviews, and saw they were negative for this exact reason. Cheap product and LED rows going out. Pay more and buy another brand. There are many here on Amazon.

I use these red-light therapy devices at the recommendation of my physical therapist for use at home. I have had significant improvement in mobility, strength, and reduced pain on my back and shoulders with the use of the therapy belt. The device came packaged extremely well, they are very well made and easy to use. I would purchase again from this seller who was excellent.

My experience has been a good one, the heat pad is still functioning as it should, gets nice and warm not too hot I’ll have to measure the highest setting and report back but it does the job and does it well.
