I have tried different forms of collagen, but this is superior by far! The changes are incredibly noticeable. Hair growth around the edges of my hair has returned. My body feels lighter, the aches and pains associated with old age are gone. Cellulite in my thighs has minimized. It is expensive for me, but I find a way to keep it in my budget.

I’m so glad these supplements don’t have any weird ingredients in them. I use hyaluronic acid on my face before my lotion daily. I do feel like it’s helped my skin to be more hydrated. So when I saw these supplements with it in them, figured it was worth a try! My skin is usually drier than the Sahara desert lol but has been getting better since using this supplement for only a week now! They are definitely on the pricey side but wish everyone could try them. I drink lots of water when taking. Haven’t had any heartburn or negative side effects, just really happy with the results so far. I haven’t noticed any wrinkle reduction but will update after the bottle is gone

I couldn't scoop this up fast enough when I saw it. I'm a huge fan of Elemis skincare and was SO excited to see they released a supplement in capsule form. Based in the UK, Elemis' products are famous for proven results and are a favorite for influencers and dermatologists alike. I had high hopes for this supplement, knowing how well their products work. The bottle comes with a 1-month supply, the dosage is 2 capsules per day. I only took 1 capsule for 2 weeks before writing this review. No negative side effects, tummy aches, or anything weird. Within the first week I noticed that my skin felt more dewy and hydrated, even without any topical skincare changes. After 2 weeks, my hair is shinier with bounce, and my skin also feels more perky. Though the price gives me pause, I'm also a believer. Highly recommended!
