Favorite mascara
This has been my go-to brand for mascara for probably 10+ years. In college, I developed an allergy to most mascaras (I'm still not sure which ingredient I am allergic to). I would get a terribly itchy rash on my eyelids with other brands. I switched to this brand and haven't looked back. The price is very reasonable, application is smooth and easy and the result is fabulous. But best of all, this one doesn't give me a rash or make me itchy. The only downside is the containers seem to dry out fairly quickly but probably not any faster than any other brand. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a great price for a good product.

Excellent product.
The product is as good as Lancôme, applies smoothly and easily.

Love it!
I wanted to wait a couple of days since I have allergies to cosmetics but I love this mascara! The package attracted me but read the reviews so I gave it a try. Easy application, love the gel consistency and how easy it goes on. Both tubes were full size, great value for the money. Nice lash separation and fullness, very happy with this purchase!

Are you kidding! This is great!
This is a review for theBalm Mad Lash Mascara. This is my review after first application.I've been searching for a true lengthening mascara thats clean looking, doesn't flake or cake up upon 2nd coat, especially on the corner lashes.I've tried at least 5 new mascaras in the past few months including Clinique, Buxom and L'Oreal. Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara has been my favorite for over a year now but not seeing the same results anymore and needed a new favorite. This is it. I applied this at 2pm and took this picture at 10pm. I used an eye lash curler and applied 2ish coats. No flaking. Really extended my lashes and most importantly made me feel a little more beautiful today. 5 stars!

Mixed bag
The color is not a true black and certainly not a deep black; more of a black-grey. Rather disappointed as I wanted a true, deep, rich black. The lengthening is slightly better than average but the "volume" aspect is just not there. 3+ coats and still couldn't achieve those had with MAC and Mally. The one thing it really does have going for it is its wear: it doesn't flake, doesn't smudge after drying, even after sleeping in it. MAC has a major problem with the massive flaking by end of day, which is why I tried this one. Mally has just gotten stupid expensive and hard to find except on their site (Amazon doesn't carry the version preferred). The brush is lackluster, as well. Because it has that weird ball-barb thing on the end of it, getting globs is the par, even with major amounts of dabbing onto tissue, side of tube, etc. It is as if it just holds onto the mascara and pushes it around instead of letting it go onto the tissue, etc. for removal. The dry-time is so-so. I have never had an issue with the ends of my lashes streaking the upper lid during application but this stuff does and does not want to come off once it touches the surrounding makeup. As such, I keep my eyes at half-mast while it dries. In the end, I have turned to adding a final coat of the MAC along the base to give it that punch of black against the white of the eyes as well as they extra oomph of volume.Really was hoping that this was "the one" but, alas, the search continues. Everything I could ask for...
Like many others, I found this in my ipsy bag and fell in looove with it ever since! Previously, I have been switching between Too Faced's Better than Sex, Benefit's Rollerlash, and Maybelline's Lash Sensational mascara. For 2 years, I was committed to Maybelline's Lash sensational but there's something about the wand and the formula of Mad Lash that makes my lashes plump right up. I have short, straight, lashes and Mad Lash combined with my Diorshow maximizer plumper makes my lashes look long, thick, feathery and (sometimes fake). The formula itself is wet, but never clumpy. The bristles of the brush get every one of my lashes coated and the rounded end of the brush is perfect for applying the mascara vertically or getting the hard-to-reach corners in order to really make my lashes pop. The shape of the brush is perfect for holding it at the base of your lashes and then sweeping it u. The formula isn't waterproof, however, it does have quite the staying power and does not smudge on me. My lashes hold a curl for over 10+ hours from work to yoga. On days when I want to wear minimal make-up, this does the trick by making my eyes look more awake. At under $18, this is a ridiculous steal. I highly recommend! PS: they're cruelty-free!

The media could not be loaded. Mad Lash was fine. It’s nice that I received 2 mascaras in one box. The price was still 26 bucks or so. I bought a $4.00 mascara and used it on the other eye and worked just as well. I will have to see if it flakes off after wearing it all day.
