I love how this waist trainer fits! It shapes my waist perfectly and helps with my posture. The material is strong, comfortable, and the zipper plus hooks keep everything in place all day. I totally recommend it if you want to look more defined and feel confident!

Seems like great quality material and design. Plenty of thought went into this. There is a hook on the inside of the zipper area to help hold the zipper closer together without needing a second person to help you. A friend of mine who is really into waist trainers also approved of this choice. I found that the 3x was too big on me. I was on the innermost hook and the adjustable shoulder straps were too long despite me being 5’9” with a long torso, and 180 lbs. I bought this and thought it would be to big but the measurements were correct! I’m 5’8 and around 150 pounds. I’m also an E cup , I’ve been having on going back pain and posture issues since my cup size grew. This is definitely fixing my posture and helping me train my stomach at work. I would start off wearing it a couple hours at a time then moving up to all day wear. It can shock ur body at first. Also if ur working out i would recommend a sweat waist trainer or one just around the stomach. This one is not comfortable during vigorous workouts or walks in the heat.

It a good value for your money, I am able to move and do my normally daily routine without any discomfort while wearing it. It helps a lot with my posture (I slouch a lot!) but if you’re getting it strictly for your posture I wouldn’t recommend it. It doesn’t have a smell like some of the other one I have tried, it was decently easy to get on but I think I should have sized down. I wear a medium in cloths so I ordered a medium of this and ideally I would have preferred it to be a bit tighter. That is my mess up though not the companies. I find it to be very comfortable. I will be ordering a small and I will update on the sizing issues when I try the small. Over all I do like it a lot, it is definitely my favorite so far and I will be getting more.

It didn't work for me, it hurts my shoulders, it's very thick and uncomfortable and the rods it comes with are uncomfortable for my back, I had surgery on my spine, it hurts, it's super uncomfortable for me, I hope it helps you ☺️

I love the texture of it. But I was too small for me. In some clothes I were a large or xl, so I order a medium but it's too small, I think I need a large

It looks great and is comfortable and fits great, the zipper is easy to pull up.

Shape isn't as intense as in the pictures.Shoulder straps are still too big after adjusting to the smallest setting, but the rest fits nicely and is very comfortable.
