I have used many dermal patches over the years and I know a good one when I use it. The adhesion to my skin is fantastic! Usually the patch begins to detach before you can get your shirt etc back on. Not these. I can’t speak to how well they will stay on if you’re sweating but I’m gonna try them when I’m working outside. And they stretch some so the coverage is great. Try this one before you buy any other brand.

These lidocaine patches are wonderful. They last all night, and I wake up without feeling hip and/or shoulder pain. I've bought them several times, and they never disappoint. I often cut them in half if I have pain in more than one area. Sometimes, they don't stick as well depending on where I place them, if I'm lying down, or if I am sweating a lot. This is easily remedied by strategically placing them under my underwear, or by using medical tape. This is particularly useful in places like the knee. There are 15 in a pack, which is more than most brands have. Their price is lower than most brands, and they work just as well. Definitely a great value. I highly recommend them.

This helped my knee pain at night. However the adhesive leaves something to be desired. The patch tends to peel off a bit around the edges and I have to frequently press it back down. Another brand I also tried adhered better.

Works for reducing pain

Used salon spa then tried these. I don’t think it was a brand thing as the name brands all have lidocaine. Made sure this had the same exact ingredients and percentage. However, it didn’t stay on we. It bunched up, rolled up and didn’t stay flat. It didn’t relieve pain as fast, although it did relive the pain. It is VERY sticky and difficult to place with one hand. There is not much smell at all. And I noticed little cooling feeling. Those two may because lidocaine doesn’t have a smell or cooling feeling. That’s more of a menthol thing. So, they were ok but generally felt they were cheap and weren’t working as well.

With aging I have sites of skin neuropathy and this is a way to handle it. Patches don't stay put use tape on edge.

These work wonders for my back issues, always having huge, crazy knots everywhere. When it gets too tight and sore, I use one or 2 and it's a nice relief. The size is great and stretchy enough that I put on 2 and most of my upper back has relief. They stick great and don't irritate my skin even wearing one all night. Soft texture too, which I appreciate because I hate rough things touching my skin. I LOVE these. Only about $1 each too... totally worth it for a bit of cool relief. Great after an Epsom bath soak. If you use Lidocaine stuff too often, it'll lose some effect, so I save them for when it's real bad. Repeat customer 👌

The lidocacaine begins to work right away for me. The last two boxes of these , the patches are sess adherent. Sthe plactic backing on some of the patches is not split in the middle which makes it harder to apply. The price is great but there seem to have been changes in the product inspection.
