It's great for everyday consumption to maintain a healthy level of vitamin D in your body ! At first I was reluctant to purchase it because I had a fear that if I get an expired or not so genuine product but after opening the package and consuming it for a few days it seems promising where I have received I good product !

to make it perfect , they could add Vit E to not let it spoil up quick but its perfect and gets the job done i mean

As we pass most of the time indoors our body can't produce vitamin d. We need to pass at least 2 hours in strong sunlight. Vitamin d is produced only in exposed skin. We need to supplement this by taking vitamin d capsule. Daily human need of vitamin d is 500 IU. Other capsules available in the market are 60000 IU for weekly intake. Which is high as per my consideration. I preferred it because it is 2000 IU. Although it's suggested for daily basis intake. But a healthy person don't need that much. So I take it twice a week. Preferred time is to take it after lunch and milk /fish products in diet like milk, curd, fish will enhance calcium absorption additionally. But remember, if you take antacid like magnesium or aluminium based both vitamin d and calcium absorption will be hampered.

This works!I hope they don't increase price after reading this. Take this with fish oil for full effectiveness or flaxseed oil. But prefer fish oil. If you don't like both then take it with avocado sandwich.

With the increasing modernization, fast food, GM corps etc. The nutrients and minerals are becoming deficient in the normal food.This is a good option for people who are deficient in Vitamin D. The tablets are small and are easy to swallow. The IU is also less so it can be taken regularly.There is no taste or smell in the tablet.
