Great value, looks great!
Looks great on my truck and was very easy to install. It was missing the screws but luckily my mechanic husband had plenty of spares. He did the install with some assistance from me and it lined up great. Held securely with just the tape but I wanted the added security of the screws. Now I just hope I see a decrease in bugs.

Looks good, no bugs so far: 2011 F-150
I am tired of scrubbing bugs off my windshield. The Bugflector seemed to have the best reviews for keeping bugs off, so I gave it a try. This is the wintertime, so a lot less bugs flying around. However, I've put a few hundred miles on the truck and I have zero - count 'em, zero - bug splatters on the windshield so far.I had to drill a couple of holes in the underside of the hood for correct fit. Installation works best with a helper. If you are all thumbs, have somebody do it. Anyone reasonably handy can do it themselves.Looks great and has worked exactly as promised so far.

Looks Great!
There is one center notch that didn’t align with my grill. My grill needs 4 notches(STX). It still solid, the 3m tape doesn’t sit flush due to my grill style,

Perfect fit on my 2013 F150 and is durable...
I have a new 2013 F150 that I just bought a week ago. I had one of these brand bug defectors on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner for 11 years and it held up very well; so I got one for my new truck too.Installation:This was a breeze. I was surprised that it used adhesive backed foam for mounting. However, the adhesive had a very strong tack to it and there really is no other good way to install a hood defector on the new F150s because of the shape of the grill. It also has two screws which attach near the ends of the defector. I had to drill holes under the hood to accommodate these screws. This was not a big deal to me since I used to be an aircraft mechanic and know this drilling won't hurt anything. There are also four rubber stops that you are supposed to stick to the inside of the defector to keep the defector from rubbing on the hood. It showed where to attach them, but I ended up putting all four of them on the ends; two on each end. The ends were the most flexible, so I figured they would do better there. It also comes with an alcohol wipe to clean all the attaching areas. You will want to pre-clean the area with a general purpose cleaner, then use the alcohol wipe to remove any residual oils or grease.Fit:Once installed, it fit perfectly. It had a good contour match to the curves of the hood. The ends may seem to sick out too much, but they really do not. This fit just as good on my F150 as my previous hood defector fit on my 2002 4Runner.Durability:This is made with a thick plastic, so I can tell it is a quality product. Once installed, it has very little flex except on the very ends. The adhesive sticks extremely well. I would have no problem running this through the car wash several times. I ran my 4Runner through the automated car wash many, many times with the AVS hood defector on it; never had a problem.Overall, I really like this deflector and highly recommend it.

Very Nice, Very Easy to Install
So far so good. I opted to only use the adhesive and not use the included screws. It's been installed for about a month and it's been through an automatic car wash several times and it's holding up just fine.Update:Just wanted to let everyone know, I actually sold this truck in early 2021 but I never had any issues using only the adhesive, I still see the truck from time and it's still on there.

Looks Good
Nice looking excellent upgrade. Simple to install but the instructions were useless.I would suggest not peeling the adhesive cover until after you have the holes for the screws (one on each side) drilled.Clean mounting surface with provided cleaner wipe.Pre-peel adhesive cover on cornersThen hang into position with longer screws peel adhesive, then stick on, remove long screws and install shorter ones provided.

Good seller fast shipping.
I was pleased with the final look and fit of this product. The instructions were vague in one area that needed to have holes drilled in the hood underside of the hood. The only mention in the instructions of anything to do with the screws said ":do not overtighten".It did not say anything to do with where and what size to drill the holes, and where to drill them.It was obvious after looking the instructions over 3 times, that it was necessary to drill holes for the screws that were included. Not that big a deal but it had me scratching my head for a couple of minutes. The final mounting went smooth after I finished. The shield looks good and hopefully it will keep some bugs of the windshield.I did not use a hood shield until I bought a new Chevy Dually a few years ago, I was getting blasted with sand and small pebbles.I put a shield on it and it helped keep the some bugs, rocks, and sand off the hood front and windshield.
