This jerky is the perfect level of spicy while having great flavor. It is on the drier side, which is the way I like it, and isn't greasy or fatty. High quality and lean beef is consistently used and every bag tastes the same. Highly recommended!

Definitely the best jerky from a bag. Expensive as all get out, but worth a try.

So I usually like a more tough consistency with beef jerky and I would even go as far to say as the thinly sliced jerky is my favorite when it's crunchy like a chip. And while this jerky doesn't really fall into either of those categories, it's not that soft tender, but tastes like it has no shelf life kind of jerky. This is more salty than sweet and definitely has a little heat to it but I like things really spicy so I wouldn't consider this hot. It's flavor is terrific and it takes a little bit of chewing but still pulls apart nicely and has a small batch kind of feel to it. I feel like I could be out on a prairie a century ago eating the same thing, but this is probably better than I'm describing it. Jerky preferences are kind of a personal thing, and what's salty for one person may not be for another, so i would suggest trying this if you haven't and form your own opinion. Their other flavors are great too if you don't like hot. This is definitely in my top three of favorites and I'm known for buying jerky at every gas station or store I'm in during my frequent travels.

Great tasting jerky, great texture, just not nearly as spicy as I wanted. In the pictures it looks very spicy but it's all bark and no bite. Still has that awesome smoky flavor found in the original.

I am gonna start off by saying I am a beef jerky snob. I don’t like fatty, greasy, sweet, or ‘odd’ flavored jerky. I prefer a homemade type of jerky. This stuff is hands down my favorite. And I have tried a TON. I always get the hot. I don’t find it that hot but I also love spicy foods. The texture is more on the dry side which I definitely prefer. It has a rich, savory flavor. No sweetness at all. I’ve tried all of the flavors, love them all, but definitely prefer the hot!

This is real beef jerky, and that fact earns the No Man's Land product much credibility.That is to say this isn't 'beef parts' ground down and mixed into a slurry then extruded into beef-jerky-esque slivers of sadness.This is a flavorful, nicely cut, perfectly dehydrated, delicious beef snack with the only downside being that one must possess some serious willpower to eat a couple pieces and close the bag without going back for 'just one more small piece' until half the bag, then all of the bag, are curiously missing.This and Robertson's jerky are my faves, but I always go for NML jerky when I can get it!AND!! ... a thank you to NML for selling on the 'Zon! – So much easier to regularly buy my preferred flavor and larger size.

I love this brand's jerky! By far the best and most traditional jerky! I am not big into the chewy soft jerkies out there. If you are looking for that classic jerky with the smokey taste and perfect balance of salty, this is the one to try!

Great taste that will satisfy any jerky enthusiasts. Oklahoma jerky at it's best!
