I really like this product. It works very well for me, and this is already my second box. For someone who started experiencing perimenopause symptoms in my late 30's, I've received zero support from my doctors. I did my research, tried a few other options and eventually found Amberen. And I'm so beyond excited that I did! I've taken it for the last year and half and it's been a lifesaver! Keep in mind nothing is going to take all the symptoms away. But I absolutely notice a huge decrease in their severity! It's helped with: hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog, moods, and so many more! After spending several years being dismissed by doctors, and disappointed by advertised products, t's been validating to find a product that delivers!

Ok ladies. Im 47 and going through the changes already. I've had major issues with extreme fatigue, bad night sweats and mood swings. I researched for 2 weeks and found this product. Today is day 7 of taking these and I 100% see a difference. No more night sweats and although I still have some fatigue, uts no where near what it was before. My mood has definitely changed for the better. Im more upbeat and I dont think as negative about myself like I was before taking these. These has been life changing for me. I will continue to take these.

I wanted this product to work, but it’s a no-go for me. What drew me in was the ease of use (2 pills a day, after eating = simple) and the natural ingredients (although I was weary of the dyes). It’s also priced well so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I’ve only taken one dose and I will be stopping, immediately. Took it after breakfast yesterday morning and felt fine during the day (besides the regular perimenopausal symptoms of moodiness, fatigue, brain fog that I typically experience), but ended up going to bed a little early with a somewhat intense headache (not abnormal for me; suffer from headaches and migraines). Woke this AM with a KILLER migraine and SEVERE dizziness (I mean the entire room is spinning and I can’t walk in a straight line), to the point of pretty horrible nausea. I’m also experiencing some diarrhea as well. None of this is my normal (even when I’m coping with a migraine). This is way too much to have to deal with on top of my other perimenopause symptoms, so I’m out. I blame myself for not reading the 1-star reviews, which listed some of these side effects. In picking another supplement, I will definitely remember to do just that. I recognize that these side effects may not be the same for others (hence the 5-star reviews), but don’t be like me, do your homework ladies. Best of luck on this crazy journey!

So we all know that going through perimenopause sucks a lot, but somehow someway we’re gonna make it through it. I’ve been experiencing these symptoms for over a year and a half and did not finally get diagnosed until I finally went to my well woman exam and my gynecologist told me what I was going through so she recommended me to get on birth control so I can balance my estrogen hormone levels so I can feel better Because I was experiencing every symptom you can think of it was extremely bad where I could not get out of bed or I can’t even do normal things on a day-to-day basis after taking birth control for two months I did hear about this product and I thought I give it a try.The first 2 to 3 days I would experience some abdominal pain for 2 to 5 minutes and then it will go away. I did have some days where I felt OK after taking it for two weeks and speaking to my gynecologist, she did not recommend that I take this product and being on birth control because it would affect my levels in hormones And cause the imbalance, which I started noticing after a week of taking it that all of a sudden I would be good on energy and then an hour later I would be extremely tired very fatigue not really wanting to do anything .I think this is a great product if you’re not on anything else and you’re experiencing minor to medium symptoms in my opinion. In my case, I’m experiencing the full-blown perimenopause where I’m experiencing over 25 symptoms and it has really affecting my life where I got to the point where I almost quit my teaching job because I was not able to function.I do recommend that everyone get on a healthy well known probiotic change your nutrition intake basically changing what you eat that’s gonna better support your body.Get with a group support club or surround yourself with people who are going to support you.Educate yourself more on your body and what your body is doing, and telling you, I thought I knew everything about my own body until I started experiencing all these problems to the point where I end up passing out and the blood work didn’t tell me anything until I had to see a specialist. A year later I had to see a psychiatrist and I had to see a therapist until I finally got with my gynecologist/specialist to find out what the root problem was.I am in my early 40s and I started experiencing symptoms when I was 37 after I turned 40 that’s when it started to get a little bit noticeable, but I didn’t notice or take action.Good luck ladies I think this is gonna be a great product for those who are not on anything and want to have a starting point.

As a registered nurse, I am impressed with this product. I have noticed some changes immediately; however, as the days go by and I increase my use of this product, I feel even better. Decreased irritation noted. The night sweats have stopped, less tired, have more energy, and I'm definitely less hot/cold. I'm not as hungry throughout the day either. I am 52 yrs old and only in the peri-menopausal stage at this point. This product works very well. (Be sure to follow the instructions, one purple capsule and one white capsule at the same time.) Do not take it late in the day, as it does give you extra energy. (I took it late afternoon and had trouble sleeping.)

Hot flashes virtually disappear. Highly recommend!!
