Our Pumpkin Seed Oil is made from high quality organic pumpkin kernels, which have been carefully cold pressed. By using this method, we ensure all of its natural goodness is retained. With a smooth and nutty taste, this versatile oil is perfect for use in both savoury and sweet dishes. Drizzle over salads and soups, add it to smoothies, or use as a dip for fresh homemade bread. Review: Good quality and value - Delicious Review: Great product - Excellent product. I use as both a salad dressing and a hair mask 😅… I would highly recommend for both. The flavour is amazing and it conditions and adds a natural shine without feeling heavy. If wearing as a mask at night please wear a cap as the oil will stain your pillowcase 😅

Healthy and Lush
This is super tasty. Great drizzled on salad. I bake my own bread and I oil the tin with this it makes the bread smell even more delicious than it normally does.. Great for stirfry also. Don't use it in the oven as it has a low burn threshold.

Excellent product. Fabulous on a range of foods from salads to toast and in cooking. Very good for bladder health in both men and women. Ive purchased this several times and never disappointed.
