PUR 11-Cup Water Pitcher, Include 1 Genuine PUR Filter, White

Water pitcher taste fresh water, good condition, no cracks, no leaking or broken. Has PUR light flash helps me know when need new filter replacement. Glad I choose this item because it’s bit big water pitcher PUR cuz it’s hot 🥵 outside in Tucson. I need drink some fresh water than I buy plastic bottles water or sink water. 👍🏽

I love this thing. Its lasted a good minute too. I got it last summer. It filters well and I think its worth the money. I dont ever put it in the fridge but it would definitely fit. A door fell on mine and it cracked so now it leaks a little but it still works very well.

I have been using PUR pitchers for many years. This is the largest one yet. It holds a lot of water but still fits in the refrigerator the same as the smaller pitchers it’s just wider. I like that you have a choice of two different filters, one filters faster but takes out less contaminants the other takes longer but filters out more. I also like the light which glows green most of the time when pouring and red when the filter needs changing which is about in two months.

Works great so far!! Filters VERY quickly. Like having the filler lid instead of having to remove entire top.. taste of water, excellent. Had i thoroughly read about filter, I would NOT have chosen a PUR. Does not filter out fluoride which I detest being forced upon us!! Next one i buy in future will definitely be another brand that does filter that toxin out. Can't understand why PUR does not have a filter i could buy separately that DOES filter it out??!!

I have always had satusfactory experiencè with PUR products in the past. However with the 11 cup pitcher purchased Jun 22 2026 when needing to install a new filter it didnt go well. The reset button plastic tab broke when trying to dislodge the lid in order to insert the new filter. The lid also would spill out when pouring into a container. This lid seemed to not be a good fit from the gitgo. Looking for a replacement lid.

Great. This replaced a 6-7 year old Brita pitcher we had. Fills pretty fast as well. Side note, the amount of people that are complaining in the reviews bc it doesn't work properly but also have the top on backwards is cracking me up 🤣🤣. We are doomed

Never dropped, never bumped, normal use, never dissembled (except for normal filter changes). From the get-go, I was surprised how cheap the plastic pitcher felt, considering it is sold by what I thought was a reputable brand. And considering it’s not an inexpensive product. My wife really wanted one of these, so I didn't follow up from my initial impression of cheap quality. But I wish I had. It is a thin-walled, brittle type of plastic like polycarbonate and I was surprised how weak the handle felt under the weight of even just a half-filled reservoir. I always felt like the handle might just break off one day while lifting it up to pour a glass of water. Well, the pitcher eventually did fail, in just 7 months’ time. A leak formed along the seam in the plastic that runs along the handle-side of the pitcher, emptying the contents all over our fridge shelves. In inspecting the pitcher post-leak, I see all kinds of stress fissures in the plastic around the handle (not surprising it finally failed). Check yours out too. Hold the pitcher up to the light and you'll see stress cracks in the vicinity of where the handle is attached to the pitcher. If lucky, maybe you'll catch the issue before the measly 30-day return window expires (no warranty) and can send this piece of junk back and get a refund. Before the inevitable leaking starts. I can guarantee you will have this same issue eventually with yours. Don't waste your money, avoid this product.

This 11cup Pür water Pitcher is well made, easy to pour from, and easy to fill. Filtered water is faster than expected, a bonus when you need water for recipes. I use a 2x Pür filter, it takes out the lead. The water tastes great, also better coffee and Tea/icetea, soups, and all cooking recipes. My kitchen is small and this pitcher takes up little space on the counter or in the refrigerator.

Great filtered water daily, easy to use and produces great water. A must in our fridge. Definitely recommend!!

The quality of plastic and/or design of pitcher is very very poor. The bottom part of the lid cracked while I am washing it first time before use it (please see a photo). My strong recommendation is do not buy it.
