Incomplete Order and no Invoice also
The media could not be loaded. I have scheduled a return as the drainage trays have not been included in the package . Sorry to say there is no enclosed invoice also. I have placed an exchange, which arrived on Tuesday , hopefully there will be no good up this time

Not sturdy
The pots look good but they are flimsy and likely to break if not carefully handled when filling with soil and moving it around.
