With the 25" frame you cannot view photos in the 3:2 portrait or vertical position, nor switch back and forth like other frames. Your vertical photos will be centered in the landscape position. If you view the screen directly the photo is very sharp as its 4K but, I thought the colors were off compared to my photo calibrated computer monitor. Most people probably would not be able to tell the difference. However, viewing your photos from an angle they are blacked out. You have to be right on top or in front of it to see clearly your photos. And, I don't like the plastic look of the frame and the oversized white matte border, for me it distracts your attention. The app was reasonably easy to use with the frame. Lastly, the item was received with a scratch on the frame, and one of the screws holding the back electronics to the frame was not inserted properly when made as it fell out of the box when unpacked.

This frame is amazing. The pictures are so crystal clear. It is easy to add new photos and create albums.
