This is a great curcumin + boswellia combo, but that's basically all it is. The rest of the herbs in this supplement are present in too small of amounts to offer any real benefits or effects.The main active ingredients here are the 1000mg 95% curcumin extract, 100mg of 65% boswellic acid boswellia extract, and 5mg bioperine.The 1000mg dose of curcumin is excellent, and sufficient to offer anti-inflammatory effects. Similarly the 100mg boswellia extract is a good dose (100-200mg is standard). The 5mg bioperine works to boost the bioavailability of the curcumin roughly 20x.Overall - this is a good formulation, but it is essentially just curcumin + boswellia. The other herbs such as ginger, green tea, etc are present in too small of quantities to offer any additional benefits. So in my opinion, it is a bit misleading for them to focus so much on the other herbs.If you are looking for a curcumin + boswellia supplement, this is a great choice.

Since they discontinued my inflammation formula, I'm on the hunt for a new one. Sadly, the ones that are mainly turmeric don't do crap for me. This one doesn't work. it's almost all turmeric. I bought zyflamend and had better luck there. Still not as good as my advanced bio nutritionals, but it'll have to do unless I formulate my own.

So far I haven’t had any negative effects taking this supplement and it has some great anti inflammatory ingredients in it including turmeric and holy basil.My only concern is I don't see any certifications on the bottle to show where or who tests it for quality assurance. The description online says it's USP tested/audited but I don't see that on the bottle, so I'm not sure about that part and I would feel more confident in this product if that were clarified.

I have been taking turmeric for a while now to help with my knees, and I have seen overall improvement in other areas as well, so I decided to give this blend a try. I swapped these in for my other capsules that have similar ingredients and I can report there has been no drop off in the way I feel. That is proof enough to me that these do truly contain what they claim to be made of. Unfortunately they end up costing more. This one bottle is more expensive than the three different supplements I currently take for approximately the same amount per pill, and the exact same 2-month supply. It is nice to take fewer pills, sure, but that convenience just is not worth the cost difference for me. So, quality product, just a bit too expensive for my budget.

I prefer to take them in the morning. As with all herbs, time will tell when supplementing, but I do know that Green Tea and Turmeric are immediately beneficial. Overall, they go down easy, the blend is a great combination of anti-inflammatory and metabolic herbs.

This herbal complex does have lots of different good ingredients.The problem is that other than the Tumeric extract, there is Simply not enough of the other ingredients to make a significant health difference.

I take this supplement for joint inflammation and it does seem to help some. The turmeric and Boswellia are the main ingredients I was interested in and this supplement has a nice ratio of these two herbs. It’s a bit expensive for a 30-day supply but as I continue to take this product if it continues to help with my joint pain then it would be worth the price I guess.
