My husband says these are great batteries...and that's why I ordered 2 new batteries for him! The Harley brand battery lasted only 2 years. He tried Chrome Battery and those ChromePros lasted nearly 4 years. So when it came time for new batteries, he wanted the new ChromeNow battery.The battery came fully charged and securely packed: a styrofoam base and top protection and then in another box with air cushions. The box was properly labeled as containing a battery. Inside the inner box was the battery, connecting hardware, and instructions for using an app to monitor battery voltage and temperature.This is a sealed AGM battery, so no need to add acid, no spills, and no need to check water levels later. With the app, voltage and temperature can be easily checked. There's a metal tab to bolt cables to, not a lead block that can get stripped. Just don't let the tab get twisted when tightening cables. He's had no problems with fitment using their online selector.Other than that, his only suggestion is to get the 3-yr protection plan that may be offered for a few dollars. Cheap insurance against a dead cell that sometimes happens. He says you can't beat $90 for a guaranteed 3-yrs when it comes to a motorsport battery. Most motorcycle batteries have a 1-yr warranty, but Chrome Battery has a 2-yr warranty when you order from their website, and through Amazon a 3-yr protection may be available.

I received the battery dead, but figured it just needed to be charged. After several days of trickle charging it still wouldn't start the motorcycle, and the Bluetooth thing on the battery never worked. Because we needed the bike to run now (it is a raffle prize) we just shelved this crappy battery on a charger and used a different battery, which of course came charged and the bike started right up.When I attempted to register for the warranty at their website said it didn't recognize the order number and then later it stated that the battery was already registered with someone else. I gave up on that front figuring they don't recognize batteries ordered through Amazon.We needed a battery again the other day so we went to the charge shelf and pulled this battery down. It still had no charge and the Bluetooth still couldn't be picked up by their app. Of course Amazon won't take it back now, so we are just stuck with a cool looking paperweight full of caustic chemicals.Our club won't take a chance with this company again.

Installed easily, perfect fit for my 2004 Softail Heritage Classic. Installed battery app, and it provides all the info I need to keep tabs on my battery status. This is a really good product. Highly recommended.

Bought a weiz lithium battery for my motorcycle that lasted just beyond my Amazon return policy, don’t go lithium.Saw this Chrome brand battery had a Bluetooth app where charge can be checked anytime your in Bluetooth range. For $59 bucks, thought I would give it a try. Man I love this thing. If I understand it right, it tracks and logs your battery charge and temp every time you open the app in range. The app has some bugs in it, or would have hands down gave it 5 star instead of 4. I have several bikes and jet skis that the Bluetooth charge info would be perfect for, and save me the disappointment of discovering a dead battery. I see price has gone up some since my purchase, but having multiple bikes and skis, I will 100 percent be buying again !!!I have included a couple screenshots of the app battery info . I couldn’t get my app to recognize battery after a day or two and contacted chrome battery, I got a reply from Tamera in minutes trying to help and contacting there techs. Was impressive to get fast reply and live contact instead of automated reply.I got it all going again by listing same battery as additional, then deleting the duplicate. The app still a little buggy but I can assure you, as my current batteries need replacements, it will be Chrome battery!!!Happy with my purchase !SC

Initially, when I installed the battery the Bluetooth wouldn't work. I contacted them for support, and it was great. I was included in the email chains so I could see that this issue was quite important to them. With their assistance, I downloaded a special Bluetooth app for troubleshooting. It found the battery and hooked me right up. Now when I open the app, it hooks right up. A nice touch was that the app sends a monthly email showing the voltages and temps for the battery. That's a great feature. I initially thought that Bluetooth on a battery was a gimmick, but it's a great idea. Combined with the great price for the battery, this is a great deal for anyone that needs a battery.

Works fine quick delivery

I thought the battery was okay at first but now 6 months in and it won't hold a charge or start in the cold. Confirmed at motorcycle dealer. Not dependable. I'll update this if product support is responsive, but right now it is not looking good in that department (Link for support was bad).Update Dec 9, 2023: Though link for support was bad, I did manage to get there. Pros: easy to work with---gave them order data and they offered a replacement. They offer replacement for up to 24 months after purchase (but no refund after 30 days, I think). Cons: they charged for shipping the replacement and it has yet to arrive (1 week later) and no tracking number.Update Dec 11, 2023: Spoke to someone in support and they were able to get me a tracking number. The replacement came but it is not the same battery. The replacement they sent (https://www.amazon.com/Rechargeable-YTX9-BS-iGel-Motorcycle-Battery/dp/B00IUWM59O) sells for $19.36 less (on Amazon as of this date) than the battery it is replacing. Nor does it have the bluetooth phone app connectivity. So when you consider I had to pay for shipping the replacement, I am down $27.76.Upshot: I will not be buying another battery from Chrome and cannot possibly encourage anyone to do so. A waste of time and money.
