Is there any possibility the magnets could come off and be a swallowing hazard for a little one? Thinking of getting this for a 2 year old. Thanks!

we have had this finely made toy for a few years, our grandchildren play with it a lot, they are 2, 4, 5. Everything is secure, no loosening after hours of play. And the use the magnet for other objects, like loading trains, doing magnetic puzzles.

Is this toy too "young" for a 6-year-old boy who has asked for "a toy truck?"

It may be. The truck is about 15 inches long and the cars are maybe 4 inches. We bought it for our 2 year old grandson. He loves picking up the cars with the magnet on the truck.
