It works
It works on my 2022 Highlander as described. It did seem to take a few a few times of starting the vehicle before it would work 100% of the time.

GR Corolla iMT (works great)
GR Corolla iMTUsed this for my GR to activate the iMT on startup (to preserve this weak 2023 clutch as long as possible). Just installed it in 15 seconds flat, works fine. Peel the panel back a bit from the top right corner, unplug connector, click this into place, and pop the part of the panel back in. Didn't even need to remove the panel. It took me longer to write it in my log book than to install. Time will tell how long it works, but it works great right now!

Works fine on 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited with center console switch location
Works great on 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited. My vehicle has the auto stop/start switch on the center console. After installing this, the annoying need to push the button after every engine start is over. You can return to auto stop/start anytime you want by pushing the switch if needed. The only problem was finding instructions online because NO instructions were included. I watched a video on how to install a competitive product which was enough to do this.

Easy peasy
My 2021 GMC Sierra had this same feature and I had to buy an in place tuner to get rid of it plus the Dynamic Fuel Management stuff that causes lifter failures. So when I purchased my new 2023 Toyota Highlander Limited and saw it had the same function, I knew it wouldn't be long till it annoyed me and I'd have to do something to get rid of it.Found a YT video online of a guy installing a similar device into his 2020 and took to the task. Turns out the 2023's are MUCH easier, at least the Limited. The button is to the left of the steering wheel in a 6 button cluster shrouded in a leather wrapped piece of plastic. Just had to use the supplied plastic trim removal tool to pop the left side panel off and then grab from the right of the cluster of buttons and gently pull out the entire cluster...voila! Took less than 5 minutes. The hardest part was aligning the cluster to push back into place.Had to key cycle once after installing as it didn't appear to take. Let the car start and electronics boot up. Then pressed the button once to put it into Off mode. Then turned the car off, let it sit for 30 seconds and fired it back up. Once the electronics all booted up and settled, the Off light came on the dash and now I don't have to remember to press the button every single time

No instructions!
Just installed it and it seems to work but there are NO instructions. Thankfully, a competitors product had a video on YouTube and the installation is actually really easy. If it came with instructions or even a link to a video it would have been 5 stars.

2022 Highlander XLE would have 5 stars if it included instructions
I have a 2022 Highlander. I didn't think to include pics because I didn't intend to do a review initially. Some directions would have been helpful but I searched YT for info and found some reviews with video for 2020 which uses a different version of the auto stop/start product. I wasn't sure if the wiring connections were the same or not but after watching the video I decided to give it a try. The console was the same and I was able to pop the front loose and slide the console top forward enough to raise the rear (where the switch is located) enough to see the wiring connector on the bottom of the switch. I was able to get the connector loose and insert the device inline but it was extremely difficult because of the very limited access and my short stubby fingers. After I was done I started the car and the auto stop/start was automatically disabled! After completing the job I would make 2 recommendations.1) If I would have removed the gear shift knob I would have been able to raise the console cover enough to make the access much easier.2) While pushing the connector onto the bottom of the switch to make sure it was properly seated, it popped out of the console cover! If I had known this I could have very easily popped the switch out the top of the console with enough slack in the wiring to pull it out through the hole and disconnect and re-connect the device and pop it back in without even removing the console cover at all!I am very happy with the product!
