I live in South Florida, it was 94F yesterday and the day before, and I should know better than order chocolate anything to be delivered. The sender did package them well, in an insulated package with 2 ice bags. BUT when I opened the package, the foam 'cooler' was ajar and the ice packs were warm, the bars melted.. I wasn't happy. I put them in the refrigerator.. Today, they don't look so pretty but the are fantastic for my taste buds.. I will buy them locally during the summer months.

Adkins snack bars are great!! Low carb, tastes like a regular candy bar. You can use one as a replacement for a meal or as a snack between meals. Excellent price and many choices to pick from

These bars are surprisingly tasty and filling. We love to have them on hand when hunger strikes but we don’t want to have something too sugary. They are especially good cold from the fridge.Today's order of 16 bars sold by Amazon arrived via UPS in cold packing materials--good enough for lobster flown across the country. I was truly impressed since we live in a warm area where it's nearly 100 degrees today. I was concerned these bars may arrive a bit melted, but no way! They were perfect.
