These bags are top quality and have the ultimate odor control. I tried off brand refill replacements but they were nothing compared to the original litter genie brand. It is easy to install and remove.

Ordered this instead of the regular sized refill. It is great having the larger size, lasts much longer!

We use the genie set and it is great and eliminates the smell near the litterbox. However, my teen usually lets it get really full before taking out and the bags do break. When we've put less in, they are still tricky for if they will break or not moving to the trashcan. Process works great, just be mindful of the fill!

The litter genie makes cleaning the litter box so easy and convenient. Also, and probably most importantly, keeps the smells at bay. The jumbo pack is great; it lasts for weeks.

This review is not just for the refill, but for the Litter Genie system. I had always done scooping twice a week, from box to bag to garbage can. My cats didn't seem to mind, this was the way for 35 years until the last cat was gone and we decided not to have pets anymore. My daughter has 2 cats, she and the cats moved in with us 8 months into the pandemic, and she had a litter genie. Her cats are finicky about catbox cleanliness (think it is just the way they were raised) and she scooped two boxes (her cats do not like to share) every day and emptied the genie once a week. Definitely smelled the advantage of doing it that way. I thought the system was pretty cool, but I wasn't the one operating it, so didn't realize how slick it really is. Before she moved out 2 years later, she bought a Litter Genie Plus to leave at our house so when she came to visit with her cats she wouldn't have to bring hers.We started cat sitting our friends cat when they leave town, so I have been using it every couple months and have come to really appreciate how well the system works. Then disaster struck and the plastic ran out of the cartridge. Scooped like the old ways for the two days it took for refill to arrive.Refill arrived, I followed the pictures on the package - or at least thought I did, and when I placed the refill on the pail the door wouldn't close. Took an hour of research to figure out that I hadn't performed step 3 in the pictures - pushing the plastic through the center of the refill. Oh well, now I know. Hopefully my experience will help somebody else who is doing a first-time litter genie refill.
