Arrived on time and as described.

Took me awhile to figure Out how to make a copy. It’s not user friendly. But figured it out eventually.

Nothing wrong with product, however I am SUPER disappointed with the company I purchased it from. Received an obviously returned/pre-owned product. Much of the packaging was missing. The ink cartridges were unopened, but taped to the side of the printer with a big piece of shipping tape. I had to use rubbing alcohol to get the adhesive from the tape off of the side of the printer. It had the power cord plugged into it, and the full weight of the printer was sitting on the stiff/reinforced part of the power cord (within the first couple inches that it comes out of the printer). This caused a sort of crimp in the power cord. The print quality isn't amazing, nor is the print speed, but it is on-par for a printer at this cost. The company needs to do a better job with quality control and should not be sending out used products as new.

Can't returrn because the box it came in was tossed out with the trash.

It uses a lot of ink, or the cartridges are small. If you run out of ink in one of the 3 color cartridges, you cannot print just black. Epson says there is ways to force black printing but they don't work.

Very frustrating setup. Worked ok for a year. Then I did a firmware update and suddenly non Epson ink stopped working. Bought Epson ink and now it wont connect to phone or computer. Absolute garbage, will never buy Epson again.
