Honestly, this is such a great duo. You get the protein packs plus the shaker and it’s not just a regular shaker. It has grips on the side and the sugar ball itself is not just the regular metal kind. It’s got squares and bumps to it to add texture to help really mix up the protein powder cause I do know if you’re an average user it doesn’t always mix well but honestly, this was so great. I decided to have mine in swap of my morning coffee. This one already had coffee in the protein powder mix so it was actually perfect for a quick breakfast. I’m always on the go and trying to find more ways to get protein and this was the way to go. The texture was nice and rich. It did rough up a bit kind of like a typical coffee and I absolutely love that. I did mix mine with milk so I got even more protein with my mix and it really seemed to fill me up and kept me filled for quite a while. It did not bloat me and I did not feel over full

Very delicious and creamy, and a great price. Will order everytime from now on, I've been disappointed with the past two high end powders I've tried, I was so relieved when I tried this one and found it to be so good, I was told by my doctor that I had to increase my protien intake if I was going to keep fasting because at my age I was at risk for loosing muscle mass. So this is my savior, thank you Animal
