Q: i bought one. I can't find any manufacturing date on it. it just shows the lot number like 14143..... what is the shelf life?

It is printted on the sticker of the back side. In my case, following this - 2018-12. Maybe the shelf life is by 2018.12

Q: Can this sheet be removed for showering and then reapplied?

Yes. it can be used a couple of times. Just clean it with soap that is not oily.
