Excellent product
I absolutely love my Ninja Creami. It is my favorite small kitchen appliance! Having a dairy sensitivity, this wonderful, little machine has allowed me to easily make delicious ice cream using a soy milk base. It is very simple to use, functions very well, and so far, quite durable. The freeze time before creating the actual ice cream is 24 hours, which is standard. I really appreciate the quality and value of the Ninja line of products and my kitchen is full of them!

Actually the best thing ever
It’s so perfect for making protein ice cream or honestly any dessert!!! It’s also so easy to use, I recommend letting the container sit in a bowl of boiling water for a few minutes before blending then blend once, scrape the sides and a splash of milk, then re-spin for the best texture! Metal Shavings present in the Ice Cream
I've had this product for a few weeks and started to notice I had a severe sore throat after using it. I've been cleaning the product regularly but during a full inspection of the machine I finally noticed erosion on the interior of the blade pocket. For the past week the Creami has been shedding metal flakes into the ice cream, and it has worsened over time. It appears to be an issue with the blade as the metal flakes from it and is then driven into the ice cream by the shaft. I can't speak to the product as it comes from the manufacturer, but this refurbished model is a danger to consumers. The amount shown is from two runs on a cup of warm water with soap. There have been no other issues with the machine(smoking, skipping, or losing the blade) but this issue obviously renders the machine unusable.

Worth it - but very loud
WORTH THE HYPE - I will say you have to blend it a few times to get a good consistency - and be sure to add xanthan gum. But wow. I love it. Game changer for those who love ice cream!!!

Worth every single penny
I’d give this 6 stars if I could. This ninja creami is literally worth every single dollar spent. I was hesitant at first but seeing all the videos online I finally pulled the trigger and man I’m telling you, it’s almost feels like a cheat in life. Delicious macro friendly custom ice creams that taste incredible. Satisfies my sweet tooth on my diet and I average 40-50 grams protein per pint! Don’t wait and buy this ninja creami if your serious about your macros and diet and have a sweet tooth.
