It's amazing when it's built but definitely not a play toy. Very fragile. Unless you glue the bits down

Stunning lego set.
We bought this for our 5 year old daughter and we were amazed with how easily she followed the instructions and put it together. It was a challenge but she needed very little help.Each room's pieces are in different bags and there is a manual for each part - not too over facing for the little ones and can be done in manageable chunks of time.Once it is assembled, it can be played with for imaginative play - something our little girl loves.It is also easy to put bits back together that are knocked off during play.

Also play value when built.
I've bought two if these for separate granddaughters. Both enjoyed building one room at a time, for which they got the satisfaction of completing something. Then hours of imaginative play once fully constructed.I'd recommend watching several episodes of Gabby's Dollhouse beforehand.

Gabby meets lego
My kids love this Lego set. Xmas morning was a very happy one when they saw this. Instructions are super easy to follow for a grown up/ older child. Only downsides; it topples over easily and gabby’s hair comes off if you pick her up by anything other than her feet.

Purrfect set for little Gabby fans
Daughter was so excited this came out just before 5th birthday.The instructions have been designed so clearly that she was able to build herself. The kit instructions and packets are divided up some that a room at a time can be built up which is perfect for this age range.Figures and details are well done, can’t wait for Lego to expand this series to include the rest of characters

Lego "Gabby's dolls house"
So with all Lego it comes with a hefty price tag for what it is but as a family we all enjoy Lego and my 7yr old daughter like both the TV series and Lego so was a great gift for Christmas. she enjoyed building and the moving parts.
