Easy to use and fun idea

The product I got wasn’t flimsy as the ones I saw on the comments. The thing itself is worth the money and works as intended.I was bruised for the first week of using this but since then my cores much more stronger/firmU just got to prepare to put in the time, I tend to do 3/4 songs during it

It has left a few bruises, but it is easy to use, easy to put together.

This is my second adult weighted hoop and I must admit it's a bit lacking.It's really easy to assemble, which is good. But sadly the hoop has got too much give in it and I find it very hard to get going as the flex means it moves up and down and often hits my arm, so I have to try and hold my arms up as soon as I start, which is tricky. I'm getting frustrated with it as a result and not using as much as I hoped to.Hooping is a great way to exercise and ton, but this one is frustrating.

Easy to assemble and value for money.Struggled to get the right rhythm at first, takes a bit of practice !

it’s good, u need to push it together well otherwise while hooping it can pop open but besides that so far so good, came in good quality

The media could not be loaded.  I just bought this hula hoop and find it better to whisk around the waist rather than the children's hula hoop as it is heavy around the waist. Never give up, try and try again till you get there
