It was for my uncle and he is very pleased with it,

The first thing I noticed about these were the smell. It wasn't unpleasant but wasn't something I really cared for as it smelled like freshly washed and cut green veg. The pill size wasn't too large and easy to take but I didn't notice it helping at all with my Vertigo, there were times it did seem to work but for the most part I didn't notice anything.

As soon as I opened the pill bottle I was thrown across the room from the stench. There is a good value and then their are products like this one, in that you get what you pay for. They went straight in the garbage. Do NOT recommend!!!

They help but not much. I have another pill that I can take but those cost 3X as much. Guess I'll go back to them.
