This was bought for a bedroom. It does all the things that are described, and well. It comes with a remote control, but the phone app is relatively intuitive and more convenient since most people have their phones nearby.I read somewhere that this fan does not work well with Siri; that is not my experience. It's easy to create shortcuts that will control on/off functions, oscillation, etc.On low it moves the air but is almost silent. It also has a Turbo setting that really pushes air.We liked this fan so much we bought one of their tower fans. I can't speak to longevity, but these are the best fans I've used.

This fan really has it all. In our office/den/3rd bedroom, we have a desk with a hutch… and this fits perfectly on top. Even on speed level 1, it powers enough air to easily circulate across the room! The vertical oscillation allows the fan to aim downward which is fantastic as well. At level 1 it’s completely silent… and even at higher levels you only get noise from the blades spinning, but no motor “hums” or whines. The base is weighted and sturdy, so no concerns of tipping or falling. Build quality & plastics seems adequate. Time will tell, but so far quite impressed!

I've bought this fan on March 16, 2024. So it's been over a year and I use this every day and every night. Can hardly hear the fan on the first fan mode. I went with this fan for the extra fan modes and smart capabilities and let me tell you I'm glad I did.DREO's iOS app support is awesome. The app so clean and easy to use. I was trying to decide if I wanted to spend the extra money for a smart fan with wifi/app support.. and I made the right decision. You can set custom oscillating limits and heights. You can save fan angles as presets. So for me I have a bedtime angle so when I click on it the fan turns automatically to the angle over my bed that I like. So freakin good. I have the same for when I'm sitting at my desk and I need some air. I just hit the saved preset and boom! You can set a timer for the fan to turn off. Normally when I see app attached to a smart device like a fan I get a little nervous about the quality but Dreo really did a good job with this fan and it's mobile app support.This fan comes with a remote so you don't even have to use your phone all the time. I thought that was an awesome touch. Sometimes going for your phone, having to open the app can be tedious. The remote allows you just point and power on. DREO thought of everything. The fan has a temp monitor, overdrive mode, and it can push some serious air around.

Just buy this fan!! This fan is amazing. Two directional oscillation. WiFi, high velocity speed. Very quiet although I don’t use it to sleep I have it in an enclosed bathroom with no window and it’s always damp from showers. This fan covers from wall to wall and ceiling to floor. Dries out the bathroom in about an hour. It works great. Don’t hesitate to purchase. I love it!!

I upgraded to this fan from the slightly smaller version, and I was blown away (no pun intended) by the added feature set. It's a powerful air circulator that easily reaches across my living room. However, the ability to control the horizontal AND vertical oscillation, adjust oscillation range, and save favorite positions all from the app is a game changer. Installing the app was easy and using it is very intuitive, though I appreciate that it also comes will a full-featured remote for easy adjustments of most settings without having to find my phone. It's a great size for a living room or bedroom -- I'm impressed how much air it moves (and how far) at such a relatively compact size.One note: As with all DREO fans, the advertised size refers to the unit height -- not the industry standard diameter. So, this 16" unit has an actual fan size of just under 11.5".

We’ve owned a Dreo pedestal fan before we moved. It was lost, which we were saddened. Due to this, we already know the quality of their fans.I needed a smaller fan for my office. I searched for the largest dresser/table fan they made. It was this model. There was no other research. Add to cart, and checkout!!The features Dreo packs in these fans are phenomenal!! Bluetooth for initial connection to phone. Wifi connection (only supports 2.4GHz) for firmware update, and communication to your account.Features: Fan can oscillate side to side, AND top to bottom!! You can select the angles for both ways. You can also select symmetric, or asymmetric. Symmetric means it will go the full range on both sides, equally. Asymmetric means that you can have 1 side move 15 degrees, and the other side to 30 degrees. This can be adjusted for both vertical/horizontal.You can set the fan to come on/off on a schedule if you would like. Great feature! I have my fan come on 1/2 hour before I start work (I WFH), so it’s nice and chilly. It turns off 30 minutes after I quit for the day.You can set the fan speed 3 ways. Standard, Turbo, and custom. Standard is just that. Set it, and select the fan speed, and if you want oscillation for vertical and/or horizontal. Easy Peasy.Turbo mode cranks up the fan speed (which is 9). You can also select to use the vertical/horizontal oscillation. If you don’t turn on the oscillation, you can use the 4-way arrow buttons to position the fan wherever you like. If it’s not working correctly, you can calibrate the oscillation.Custom mode is what I use. This mode uses the thermostat. You can set what temperature the fan starts, and the fan speed. You can ramp the speed up if the temperature goes past a set-point. It’s a little confusing, so I will share a photo of that in the app.Noise: This is by far the most important feature. Everyone ❤️’s to feel the cooler air, but not hear the fan. This fan is quiet! Mine normally runs on speed 5/6. You can barely hear the fan. On Turbo, you can hear the fan, but it’s still not as loud as the other fans of this size.You can control this fan several ways. On the included touch buttons, in the app, or by using Google Assistance/Alexa/Siri.It’s super easy to set them up. On the account page, click on one of the buttons, and follow the prompts. Very easy.Cleaning these fans is easy. . . BUT. . . They come apart a certain way. They have instructions in the app you can view when the time comes to clean the fan blades.So. You’ve come here to read the reviews, and make a decision ad to which one you will be choosing. Let me help you with that. This is the fan you want. Trust me on this.
