Do AirPod cases fit on it?

It comes with a case. I do have a n I phone but I don’t know if they fit the I-pod case.

What is the waterproof rating..?

I don’t think these are waterproof

Is there a quick way to change audio source? i.e. from macbook to iphone?

I honestly don't know. I'm 74 and had to have the neighbor hook me up to Spotify. Got a set for husband and he says he can't get them in his ear for them to stay. I'm thinking he's pressing too hard and turning off volumn. Good luck
