NutrimillCookie Paddles with Metal Whip Drive for Bosch Universal Mixers and NutriMill Artiste Mixer

I ordered this after my plastic holder for the paddles broke. They are much more functional since it is metal. It’s well made and easy to clean.

Great product just what I needed for my cookie dough.

Poor quality --I have replaced these several times, as the plastic just doesn't hold up well. Expensive for something you're going to have to replace every year and a half.

The paddles themselves are the same as my other ones but the mount is metal. I am unsure why the mixer comes with a plastic mount and clearly says use metal only.?.It does seem to be a much more sturdy set up for sure.

The OE product (plastic) stripped quickly and wouldn't work. These work great on double batches of cookie dough.

The cookie paddles blend even cookie recipes with lots of add ins like oats, chocolate chips, nuts, M&M’s really well. Love my Bosch and the cookie paddles ! So easy I never buy store cookies any more.

I love how the cookie paddles mix big batches of dough with ease. If you make a lot of cookies, I highly recommend these paddles.

Just in case you were wondering these paddles do not hold up well to multiple batches of cookies made in a single go with the Bosch or Nurtimill mixer. They break. We have gone through 5 sets of these and they break in the dough which means we have to search through the dough for small parts so that they don't get baked into the cookies. If you are going to make thick batches of cookies then I would just use the dough hook. That's what we did and it has worked out ever since. Just word to the wise these do not hold up well.
