Garbage..
Third party sale, took 2 weeks to arrive . After 17 days of use and same amount of diet exercise and calories tracked every day i have lost half a pound... The is no energy boost no appetite change, nothing... These do not work at all... Made every effort to try them and they are absolutely a scam... Get a daily vitamin and focus on your health goals and calories rather than this

Easy to chew. Haven’t seen results yet, but I’ve only been taking about a week.

Waste of money for me. Flavor was good. All it did was make me crap a lot. No weight loss at all. And yes I did adjust my eating habits considerably.
