Is this the series that includes the secret ditto cards?

Yes. It'll have a purple ditto in the corner of either bidoof, spinarak or numel. But it's the holo cards.

What does this have to do with Pokémon go? Do you get codes to get the Pokémon on the cards in the game also?

Every series on the Pokemon TCG has expansions, one of them is the theme of pokemon go. you can get codes for the mobile game "pokemon go" in "Pokemon Go Battle decks". The code gives you a few items, like pokeballs.

A single "Pokemon Go Booster pack" does not bring a code for the mobile game "Pokemon Go". I bought recently (may 2023) "Pokemon GO Melmetal V Battle Deck" this one did have a code for the mobile game and it wasn't expired. I think the codes in the pokemon go sets will start to expire soon. Good luck with your search.
