The BEST! Have had 3 other brands that brake easy. The cord retracted with force when removing the plant from the cord hook. The plastic piece adjoining the cord hook broke apart causing the cord to retract into the pulley and not retrievable or the cord jammed at the pulley height and wouldn't pull down. Standard operation with all 3 brands, the cord retracts to the pulley without the weight of the plant and a chair or hanger is needed to lower the cord to rehang the plant. WAOST brand has multiple cord locking levels. When the plant is pulled down by the cord and removed from the hook the cord stays making it reachable to hook your plant and raise to the desired height. You pay more and you get more. There is a learning curve for this type of product.

We are using these to hang our orchids from. They make it easy to water individually and also to check for new shoots. We hung these outside from a galvanized pipe. The orchids look neat and tidy and we can adjust the heights to give each orchid room to grow. They’re easy to hang and to use. No assembly required.

These are the best pulls I've seen as far as locking in place and retracting however they won't support the weight of the ceramic planters I wanted to hang (around 6lbs). It won't hold the container up all the way. It can lock in place to hold the weight but it only locks after it's been extended 4inches or so. I guess maybe getting plastic containers would solve that

These are very handy and helpful. Eliminates the need for me to stand on a chair on the porch to water my hanging flower pots or retrieve the hummingbird feeders for refilling. I've only been using them since the beginning of this season - so we will see how long the mechanism holds up to weather exposure.

The media could not be loaded. We received these about 1 week ago, and of course I threw the packaging away. 2 of the 3 units work like they are supposed too, but after a day or two, the third one just quit working. There is no way to reach the seller, and I don’t have the packaging to exchange them, so it looks like I’m stuck with one bad lift. I needed three for our front porch area too so I’m pretty bummed!!

Bought a 3 pack of these for my hanging in baskets. The second one just broke and my hanging basket came crashing down on the cement. My baskets are way under the recommended weight. If I were to buy them, they would cost around $35 a basket. I put a lot of effort into planting and making my baskets full and lush. Now I have 2 that I have replanted in containers and struggling to turn them around to last until fall. What happened to the third one you wonder? Well, I have a small hummingbird feeder hanging on it. I am going to remove it before that pulley inside gives way and breaks my beautiful feeder. Really cranky right now.

Not only is this great for hanging plants and making watering easy it is also good for hanging solar lights under canopies and umbrellas nice to use outside for those things

I'm returning. Hanger just kept falling down on a 5lb plant. Was supposed to hold 30lbs.

Pulley will not hold plant.Return depot is not convenient.Review is not posted. Let me try another way.
