Its a 7 or 8
I don't think/know that I would buy them again as I haven't noticed a huge difference. I like that they are capsules and I don't feel any side effects after taking them. I would like to see a bigger difference in the way my teeth feel. I had a few brands where I could tell my bones felt stronger. I might have more energy with these, but I am also taking another supp from this same company so I am not sure which to attribute. I would give them a 7 or 8/10. I would say for the price I would take them and then maybe take a Shaklee supplement I have had in the past that I liked. I will come back and update once I try that and see if there is a difference.

Es muy bueno para la anemia, te da mucha energía en el día. Lo recomiendo e tomado muchos multivitaminico pero como este jamás, sufro de anemia por que tengo lupus y esta vitamina me a ayudado mucho

My mom ,65, has a hard time finding vitamins that taste good and don't have a smell. This works!!

I enjoy these supplements. They do not make me burp something gross after taking it or later. You do not have to take with food, someone I fast and only take my supplement with water, it doesn’t upset my stomach. I never have trouble swallowing the pill.

Passable run of the mill multi-vitamin
I try to eat healthily, exercise, take vitamins/supplements, etc. I decided to try the Bulk Supplements brand multivitamins because of the word "bulk" and figured the quantity would justify the cost. The ingredients are clearly printed and I noticed that being listed specifically "for women", there was only 1.8% calcium and 6% magnesium. Not a huge concern for me as I take additional supplements anyway. I like that it has fish oil, and while you can definitely smell it when you open the bottle, it isn't as gross as others I've tried. They are quite large, and even though they are soft gels, they're still a gulp! The biggest mystery to me was what is the "1000mg" per serving measurement? Adding all the percentages from the ingredients isn't it, so what does it mean. Anyway, I think it's a decent overall item to keep in my regimen.
