GET THIS DON'T BE SHY
I absolutely love this epilator! It’s not completely painless—it definitely has a bit of a sting, but honestly, it hurt way less than waxing. I used it in small sections and rubbed it around gently as I went, which really helped. It picked up even the short hairs and left my skin super smooth. It takes a little patience, but once you get the hang of it, it’s quick and so satisfying. I’ll never share this—she shaves anyway, and this one’s too good to give up. If you’re on the fence, give it a shot—it’s a great alternative to waxing and totally worth it.

Cleared my PCOS beard in 15 mins — honestly shocked
The media could not be loaded. If you’ve got PCOS and are sick of tweezing daily, (like me) this thing actually works!! It cleared my entire face in only ~15 minutes. I took it slow, held my skin TIGHT, and ended up with no red bumps—and I probably won’t need to do it again for at least a couple weeks!! So worth itMechanically, this model uses Y-shaped metal tips that pinch shut as the drum spins, unlike the $200 Brau(nd)-style epilators that use L-shaped levers against ceramic/plastic. [See Video & Image1&2 for tweezing mechanism detail]I will say the metal parts look well made, solid, and smooth. Surprisingly high build quality for the price. This is the first epilator I’ve owned (after comparing models for way too long) so I haven’t tried the Brau(nd), but in case if you have I wanted to point out this model has a totally different mechanism. The epilator head's drum spins toward the power switch, so always keep the on/off switch facing UP while using, and move slowly against hair growth. DON'T PRESS DOWN HARD! Instead, tilt it gently until the hair catches (up or side-to-side). I had better luck using the slow speed, working in sections, and brushing out hairs as I went. A hot towel before starting helped a lot too. (thank me later)I'm used to daily tweezing so this wasn't too uncomfortable. It feels like tiny zaps—more than tweezing, but way less than laser. My upper lip stung a little, but it wasn’t bad.I picked this model epilator because the head is small enough for facial hair without needing a separate “precision cap," strong enough to defeat my Man Beard [See Last Image], but still flat & wide enough to use anywhere else. This one can also be used on longer hair without trimming, as long as the hair is standing up. Just keep the motor body level with or above the head—if you angle it downward, it won’t grab anything.Afterwards I washed with acne scrub, pat dry, and dabbed a little astringent/toner on a few spots and I have ZERO irritation! Now my face is baby smooth without any bumps or redness. Highly recommend this method ^_^Warning: DO NOT GET THIS WET!!The body is NOT sealed and the heads are oiled & not waterproof. Just brush it clean with the included brush. If you must rinse the heads (or if parts start rubbing together) disconnect the head from the body first, rinse/clean, let dry it out completely, and then add a drop of mineral oil to the underside gears; just to prolong the lifespan and keep it all spinning freely. But with proper care you shouldn't need to do that for a while.[Look @ 2nd-to-last/penultimate Image to see what I mean about oil & waterproofing. The underside of every head looks like that.]I haven’t tried the massage head [Image 5] or foot scrubber yet, but they seem decent. The callus head looks properly gritty [Image 4]TL;DRFirst epilator I’ve ever used and it cleared my thick PCOS facial hair with no bumps or issues. Just start with clean & dry skin, use a hot towel, hold skin tight, and go slow against the grain. Brush out hair as you go & KEEP IT DRY!Works great — 5/5

Lots of uses
This product is pretty impressive as it has multiple uses. The epilator head hurt a little at first but it was better after I took a shower and my pores were more open, then it removed the hair a bit better. The shaving head I really liked for a quick shave. It also has a callus remover and a massage head which felt nice and worked pretty well.

Not quite what I expected.
I really bought it for the epilation function but it doesn't get all the hair even after several passes. Now I just use it for the foot file and the shaver, and not so much the face massager.

Effective and not painful
Easy to use and pretty effective at pulling out hairs. The machine isn’t very dry painful and does not pull at the skin. I did not experience irritation.
