Glad I found this non-toxic high chair!!!
So easy to put together, took me maybe 10 minutes. I love how easy it is to clean. It’s very sturdy and I appreciate the leg grips. Doesn’t take up much space and looks aesthetically pleasing too! Love that it’s sustainably made.

LOVE!!!
Overall, obsessed with The Chair! As a mom of two, two and under I researched the high chair market extensively! We bought the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair for my oldest and honestly never really loved it. Since I knew I’d have two in high chairs at the same time, I wanted to switch it up for the baby. The top three things I was looking for in the new high chair was 1. Safety (obviously) 2. Ease of assembly/cleaning 3. Child access/comfort/tray removal. The Lalo Chair checked all of these boxes - it is made from sustainably sourced FSC wood and non-toxic plastics, I was able to put it together in less than 10 minutes, the tray is dishwasher safe & seat is easy to wipe down, it comes with a seat cushion for comfort, they tray is easily removable with the side snaps - not to mention it’s aesthetically pleasing & the blueberry color coordinates with our kitchen perfectly! My favorite feature would have to be the grow with you capabilities - the ease of swapping the footrest over vs. having to take the whole chair apart nearly once a month to adjust as you need to do on the TT chair - then option to convert to a booster chair & eventually a play chair! My only wish is that it held more than 30 lbs as the weight limit as a high chair as that max will maybe get us to 2 years old before needing convert to the booster setup but great that Lalo offers that option! We are officially Lalo converts & will be purchasing more products for our home!

Worth the money
Definitely worth the investment! Super easy to assemble and even easier to clean. I also love how sleek the black looks in my kitchen, it looks purposeful which I love as many baby things are quite bulky and obvious in the house

Quality High Chair
Super easy assembly! Love how it’s aesthetically pleasing, the perfect size, and that the grapefruit is a beautiful color. Easy to clean as well. We ordered the seat cushion to go with it for comfort. Very nice high chair.

Food Fighttttt
First off this highchair is beautiful to look at!!! The black and natural contrast is just what we needed. The ease of clean up is also a plus. My husband even likes the look of the Lalo highchair. He takes pride in keeping it clean and presentable in our kitchen. You don’t feel the need to hide or store away. It’s an addition to your kitchen decor - especially when you have little ones. As for the cons - unfortunately, our legs are uneven and the highchair “rocks” when you distribute weight. For the price I’d expect for the chair to be even and well balanced. Our “more affordable” - less attractive IKEA chair is better grounded/ balanced. I’d like to think that we just received defective legs and that not all Lalo highchair legs come this way. Since, we’ve experienced this issue with the long highchair legs, I’m rather hesitant to buy the smaller legs to convert to a toddler chair. Also, the seat cover is great for the really little tykes (I’d say 6 months) but as our little one got older (9 months) and more comfortable with BLW the cushion is removed often for easier clean up.

Tripping over love…literally
Ugh. I got suckered by influencers. I really wanted to love this chair but unfortunately ended up selling after a few months with my first kid. Let me summarize it for you:Pros:- it’s BEAUTIFUL and aesthetically pleasing. The sage against the wood grain is really gorgeous. It really went well with my decor.- the plastic feels fairly durable and well made, no sharp corners!- the cushion material was soft but felt like it would hold up through countless washes.- the snaps on the cushion made taking it on/off without removing the tray a breeze.Cons:- the chair back as too far set backfor my son at 4 months; I had to purchase the infant insert separately.- the tray stains! Pasta sauce and washable finger painting left stains.- the foot rest is not adjustable so my sons feet were dangling- the leg holes are tight! My son was a chonk and it was a struggle pulling him out of the chair after dinner. Honestly, I have no idea how a child over 25 lbs would do in this chair.THE BIGGEST CON:- the wide legs are a SERIOUS TRIP HAZARD! I bought this chair after reading countless reviews saying the legs stick too far out, and people continuously trip over them. I didn’t believe it, thought I was obviously more agile than the average person, but nope! I had several almost falls on the legs, as did my parents. After the third time I saw my mother stumble over the legs I decided to purchase a lower profile highchair. If you have extensive space in your kitchen and a smaller child, this chair “may” work for you. For us, it wasn’t a winner and I cut my losses and sold this chair for 1/2 what I paid. Unfortunately, the resale market is FLOODED with this chair so don’t bank on reselling for a good return.
