To my amazement within a few days after taking six drops of this daily, I saw immediate growth in my fingernails. I haven’t seen a change in my skin yet. I take more than the recommended dose (10 drops, twice a day) but it works. I’m very sure because a few times I have stopped over the years and you cna see the difference within a month. It tastes awful, I almost stopped using it, but then I realized you can dilute it in anything, even coffee, and it has no taste at all. Within four or six weeks you will definitely see a difference in your hair and your skin and your nails and if you keep with it for a year, it will start to anti-aging. It even helped my knee- that I thought would need surgery, but has recovered and it’s on since using these drops

I didn’t like how it tasted. It was the most odd fishy tasting supplement I had in my entire life. I had to mix it with a shot of strong tasting juice like orange concentrate to mask the flavor. I’m not sure if it worked to improve my bone density.
