What I like:- Wide vitamin complex: Bs, Magnesium, Calcium + D3 (for absorption).- Powder (easy to mix with water).- Nutri is a known brand (but it does not mean that it is better).What I don't like:- Very very expensive for what it is. You can find equally good for much cheaper, albeit in capsules, which can be ground and taken easily. The convenience of a powder doesn't justify the price.- Because it is a powder, the container is larger, which means more plastic pollution. At least, capsules are compacted powder, and use smaller containers and less space in the cupboards.- Only 30 days worth of servings for that price!- My son didn't like the taste of it ... too chemically in his opinion. Having tried it, and for those of my generation, it tastes chemical along the line of orange Tang.- I'm no doctor, but the dosage of some ingredients seems excessive with some NRVs well above 100% (NRV = 'Nutrient Reference Value'; the recommended daily quantity of a nutrient an average person needs to remain healthy and prevent illness or deficiency). Is this recommended for anyone with a healthy diet?What is irrelevant to me:- The claim that it is vegan ... OK, it is, as are 50% the supplements on the market and a higher percentage once you have removed the products that contain animal gelatine. From the list of ingredients for this product, I assume that the vitamin D3 is extracted from algae. Note that a lot of vitamin D3 is extracted from the lanolin in sheep's wool, the same raw material that is used as a basis for some laundry softeners. Don't worry, that D3 won't kill you.

I liked the little scoop inside, no guessing how much to add.The product didn't completely dissolve, no matter how much I stirred it. I just add a little water to swallow the undissolved bits at the end.The product didn't taste good. I added it to water and the taste was not dissimilar to the taste in your mouth after you've been sick, so not pleasant. It's gone once its drunk so we will continue to use to see if we notice any improvements. My other child tried it and also agreed about the taste, although not to the same degree, just said it wasn't a nice taste. Maybe diluting with pure orange juice may take it away slightly.It's early days to know if it's helping with calming and concentration, it's certainly not made anything worse, so I expect there are benefits to be had with a magnesium supplement.

My kids like the taste of this drink and that is making it easy to get them to drink it which is helpful. The fact that these are not tablets also helps as my kids do not like taking tablets.As for the powder, it is dissolved better in room temperature water than cold filtered water. It does need a bit of stirring as well.The bottle contains a little measuring spoon that allows me to put the correct amount in a glass, one spoon to 150-250ml of water or juice.Because this powder has a complex of vitamins B it can change the colour of urine to an intensive yellow or even slightly green. My daughter was concerned when she saw it but after I explained that it was vitamins B she was okay with it. It also helped that she stopped taking it for one day (urine colour changed back to normal) and then she took this powder with her morning drink and noticed the change in colour again.I can see that my kids have more energy and better focus with this complex of vitamins and minerals, and I will be getting it for them again.

Nutri Advance makes great supplements and this one one is wonderful.Most people, including the young , are defiecinet in magnesium and the B viamins. This deficiney i part of what causes anxiety in kids and teens. They mus t have it and must have a lot.Our soil is out of minerals so we can not get them form our food. We must supplement and this Mega Max powder will help you child to be far calmer, have better concentration and feel better all the time. I know because I use supplements all the time to help people get over these things. This is a perfect formula for the young.It is so easy to take in a drink of juice or sprinkled on porridge or yogurt.It will allow an adolescent to get back to normal, relaxed behavior and to sleep better , concentrate better and have more energy, The ingredients in this container are what we are made of and bring back health to a struggling body. GREAT FORMULA. GREAT VALUE. TRY IT AND YOU WILL SEE. i DO NOT WORK FOR THEM but i know how thing work.

I got this as I was advised magnesium would be good for my daughter so I decided to give it a try. So far so good I add a scoop In in her juice and she drinks it no problem. Very easy to take so most children should be good if mixed in juice as it has a citrus taste. Highly recommended if you want to add magnesium to you child's diet

I am not a teenager, but a person with chronic illness who has to take supplements. And magnesium is on top of my list. And here's the problem. I've been taking this for close to a month and they do not dissolve in water. No matter what you do, they just won't dissolve completely. No amount of waiting, stirring or technique makes them dissolve completely. The very conveniently attached small spoon allows for easy measurements, but at the bottom of the mug at least half of it was left to drink. What can you do? You add a little water and finish your supplements, no point in wasting them. The taste is chalky. I don't care, I just care about the supplement, but yeah, it is chalky-orange. Overall I guess it's a personal preference. Does get the job done as a supplement, is annoying in all other aspects.
