Solofish 800lm Pistol Light Laser Combo with Adjustable Rail, Shockproof Green Laser Sight and Gun Light with Strobe Function, Rechargeable

In case there are any real gun people here who may wish to know more. This review is for the SL-1085 Solofish light / laser combination. Light is okay, could be brighter – not 800LM maybe 500-600LM. Green laser is very good, bright and crisp. This light / laser combo is designed to fit precisely with pistols with 4-inch barrels. Meaning that the light is exactly flush with the end of the barrel. IF you have more than a 4-inch barrel, the light will not reach the end of your barrel. IF you have a shorter barrel than 4 inch the light will stick out past the barrel (which I do not ever want myself). I purchased this for the S&W M&P 4-inch platform (identical frames for all the 9mm / 40 cal. / 10mm / .45 cal. frames). I have mounted 2 of these now to a perfect fit. Follow the instructions folks! Many pics of this light on others weapons clearly show they are mounted incorrectly. When mounted correctly the buttons will be directly over the forward portion of the trigger guard (where your finger reaches precisely correct, comfortably without reaching). You need to take out the 2 screws entirely to use the smaller rail plate (normally) for the proper fit on 4-inch barrel pistols. For the money and fit, these light / laser units are an exceptional value. Cheers!

Iam really happy with this product. It was easy to install and adjust. It has kept its center. It fits a G2C perfectly. The light and laser are bright even when on together. the buttons work well and are smooth with a positive click. You cannot beat the price for what you get. I like that it does not have removable batteries that leak or go dead.

Funny name. Serious product. As if custom made by a US manufacturer for a Glock at an tenth the price. Quality lumens, long battery charge, accurate laser, tough plastic, and compact snug fit. No complaints.

I purchased one of these for my Springfield XDM Elite 4.5 9mm. It fit with no issues, was relatively easy to adjust using the provided allen wrenches and so far has been solid with no additional adjustments needed. Both the laser and the light are nice and clear/bright and the unit itself is light so it does not affect the balance of the firearm. I saw a review or 2 complaining about having issues locating the activation buttons but am thinking it may have been the older model. On the unit I received, the light is on one side, the laser on the other and both switches have a slight texture to them. I'm right handed so the light activation is right where my finger rests at my "ready" position and is easy to activate while not being too light a touch so it can't be accidentally engaged. The only potential downside to this is if I want to engage the laser, I have to use my other hand to do so. (Can't do both with one hand while on a target.) I may eventually invest in a more expensive/durable light if I have issues, but with this units price point, it is a great way to find out if you want to go that route.

worked great for my poverty spec p80 g19 build. laser point of aim was adjustable and yeah the parallax is all jacked up but is accurate enough for engagement below 15ft. light was bright considering just how section 8 this product really is.

I usually don't give an item 5 stars until I know how it stands the test of time, but I think it's unlikely anything will go wrong with something that has almost no moving parts, and the company deserves accolades for the design and implementation. Appearance and quality are both great, and it's packed with features that all work as they should so far, at a very reasonable price. My only constructive criticism is that I'd prefer the windage & elevation adjustment nut inserts were black rather than gold. Just me...

I purchase 3 of the Solofish 800lm. I installed one on my Sig 226 but have yet to check it out (closest gun range is 40 miles away)! So I installed another on my Barra 1911 BB gun. Both installations were easy and fitment was great! I shot the Barra BB gun with the solofish 800lm and after I dial it in, it hit target at 10 ft away! Much better than the stock fixed sites! The flash light use a led bulb, and is pretty bright and will partially blind a threat on the pulsing mold! Now to try it on the range. Btw after putting it away, it held charge after a week!

It fulfills its purpose and fits on my PSA Dagger, very bright light, strobe feature with memory, laser is accurate enough to dial in(+). Easy install. Includes all necessary hardware with extras.fits compact and full size 1913 rail. Includes 2 rail blocks one for full and compact. Fit is very ergonomic for my hand on the PSA Dagger, appears semi fluid imo only con no fast charge despite usbC , unknown battery life so far Disclaimer*** for a sub $30 light laser; don’t put your life on it @ same time take my rating for it as a range toy… I received mine, not fully Assembled. Mine had a screw rattling around in it, which drove me nuts. The second I pulled it from the box and about eight screws later and an electronic screwdriver and tape I was successfully able to reassemble after disassembling and putting the correct screw in the spot it was missing.I actually feel extremely bad for the People who have to assemble these… Screws are non-ferrite So a magnetic screwdriver is useless, I get why the missing screw was left inside…
