Essential Hydration Sugar Free Fruit Drink Ice Tea Lemon 12 Sachets

The only flavour i can drink of bolero!!

Following their directions I found it so sweet as to be almost undrinkable and heading for 1 or 2 *. Then decided to follow the advice in a number of reviews and diluted it considerably more than directed. Much better. Greatly diluted with fridge cold water and I added thin slice of lemon, some fresh peppermint leaves and ice cubes, it made a refreshing and thirst quenching drink. Hence the 4* I've given it.

If you've tasted non-concentrated versions of these flavors then you'll instantly tell that the flavors these provide aren't the same. (Some flavors aren't anywhere close) But they definitely make water taste differently to normal, you just have to find a flavor that works for you. The bigger problem and concern in my mind is that I've often ended up with some white hard bits in the powder that doesn't dissolve and does irritate my throat if I drink them. I know that it's from the powder and it happens in all the flavors I've tried since I've puzzled my head over this all for a few months, as I also can't figure out what ingredient from the list that could be causing this. So my best guess is that it's some contaminant that has gotten in which has possibly been reported in the past from seeing a few other reviews on their other flavors saying about it not fully dissolving. I've also noticed that over half the boxes I got had no expiration date on them or it was misprinted in such a way that it wasn't legible. One final thing is that this also has in the ingredient list is it has Acesulfame K which while FDA approved is having some studies coming out that suggest it contributes to obesity and chronic inflammation. In addition to the fact that your body can't break it down so you have to expel it.

Like a lot of sugar free products this has far too much sweetener. It seriously detracts from the tea and fruit flavour. Undrinkable for me.

i've tried ALL the different brands of Sugar Free APPLE FLAVORED (my favorite flavor) drink mixes and this Bolero brand is the best tasting of all of them with the exception of WAL MART GREAT VALUE APPLE sugar free drink mix... The Wal Mart house brand is by far the best product but, unfortunately, it has been out of stock for months. The 2nd runner up for flavor is Bolero. Bare in mind that this is packaged in little single serving (for single water bottles) packets but, I just add 3 packets to my 64 oz (2 qt.) pitcher and it works out fine.

Makes me crave sugar even though I don’t usually.

Sentivo sempre parlare degli insaporitori di acqua ma sinceramente non me ne sono mai interessato anche perché un tempo compravo solo il thè al limone tipo Estathé... Siccome poi per raccomandazione del medico di tenere bassa la glicemia ho deciso di cambiare e parlando con un amico Ho scoperto questi insaporitori di acqua sinceramente non sapevo nemmeno cosa fossero ma mi consiglio i Bolero quando lo incontrai la prima scatola quella da 72 bustine con tutti i gusti notai che erano gusti molto particolari in quanto erano privi di zuccheri erano adatti per persone che non sopportavano il glutine mi decidi di acquistarle via via che passarono le giornate estive le bustine vennero tutte consumate al che decidi a questo. Di scegliere la bustina maggiormente dissetante e nello stesso tempo con più sapore e la mia scelta ricade sul gusto di tè al limone comprai una prima confezione di bustine tè al limone per insaporire le bottigliette di acqua successivamente scoperta la presenza delle bustine da 9 grammi decisi di acquistare queste ultime che continuo ad usare tutt'oggi il sapore è veramente ottimo e non ho niente da inviare alle Marche più blasonate di the al limone

Uso spesso queste bustine,le sciolgo in 2 lt di acqua e danno il sapore del vero the con la differenza che si assumono sole 2 calorie e aiutano a bere tanto. Ce ne sono diversi gusti tra cui scegliere.

Che cosa mi è piaciuto? Il sapore ottimo, si scioglie bene e facilmente, utile per bere di più, facile da trasportare, si conserva in o fuori dal frigo, ottimo per chi è a dieta. Che cosa non mi è piaciuto? Il prezzo un po’ alto rispetto ai negozi e il dover scegliere un pacchetto monogusto. Perché L ho acquistato? Lo utilizzo per bere di più durante la giornata, miscelato con l’acqua, io ne metto mezza bustina in 1.5lt d’acqua naturale e shakero.
