I’m not sure what is available on Amazon but you can get them from bodybuilding warehouse! I think it’s quite cheap at the moment with £39 for 4kg. I had vanilla and banana before and they were ok.

How many of the plastic scoops is a 125g. Serving??

To which scoop do you refer to? You get 2 different size scoops in the tub. Both are graduated, 3 of the small scoops areare equal to large scoop. 1 large scoop or 3 small scoops are 1 dosage. I mix with semi-scimmed milk instead of water and put some frozen strawberries in (I got strawberry flavour) tastes lush, piles the weight on. Hope this helps.
