No more pain!!
I was recommend this at Christmas, whilst working with someone, who gave me a bandage which had the fluid contained, I might add, there was nothing wrong with me at that point! Over the last few weeks, I have had a very bad pain in my elbow, I tried cream, which did alleviate the pain slightly, but, I thought, I will have a go with the bandage, sadly it had dried up! I ordered this recharge bottle, which arrived astonishingly quick, I immediately cracked open the bottle, after just 2 applications, I am now able to lift my cup of coffee! Marvelous stuff, and fully recommend it!

Quick pain relief solution
Supersonic temporary relief from pain! 2 hours and my pain was significantly reduced- enough to go out! About 50-60% . I have had 5 bottles in all sent! All the physiotherapists recommend.

A good product but don't bother paying for faster delivery
So I twisted my medial collateral ligament whilst swimming. Went into Boots and bought a Physicool bandage and boy did it help. Trouble is, not many shops on the high street sell the refills as basically the bandage only lasts once.So, onto Amazon on a Saturday morning to order the spray and as it was important to get some more, paid extra for First Class ‘Express' delivery.As of today (Thursday) I have still not received the spray and now having rubbed as much ibuprofen into my leg that I dare. Desperately in need of the refill.A great product when it eventually arrives, but don’t bother paying for First Class. Even taking into consideration a bank holiday on the Monday I would’ve expected delivery by Wednesday at the very latest having ordered first thing Saturday.

1. Re-roll the bandage after use and affix the end using the self-grip strap then place carefully within the reusable packaging. 2. Pour in the Physicool Coolant (A bandage approx 70-80ml, B bandage approx 100ml) and reseal the packet. 3. Shake the sachet for 30 seconds, then leave for 2 minutes (This will allow the coolant to be thoroughly absorbed and be ready for reuse). 4. To recharge the bandage, pour the coolant directly into the bandage’s re-sealable pouch so, when you replace the bandage into the pouch it can be recharged each time after use for maximum effectiveness. 5. Re-charge your bandage either when it’s dry or after each use. Each recharge will last for up to 2 hours. 6. Squeeze out excess liquid when you next use you bandage
