SPARES2GO Grey Hose Compatible with Dyson DC33 DC33i Vacuum Cleaners (Iron/Silver)

Updated following use - This hose is not an acceptable replacement for the DC33 because although it appears to fit, the hose keeps falling out of the wand. It does not click fully into place properly like the genuine part did. The hose feels a little thin to me and it wasn’t as easy to push the tools directly into the end of the hose. My husband checked it on the stairs and when the hose manages to stay connected, it only reaches halfway. (I use my hand held dyson on the stairs) The part arrived very quickly and I didn’t have any problems with the seller, but I can’t recommend the part for the DC33.I’m not sending it back as I rarely use the upright and will just tape in place until the hose splits.

Update October 2021Today after just over three months of light use a few days a week the hose split at the end where the handle or attachments fits. So will now source an original Dyson part as based on this these are made to a much higher quality than this cheap aftermarket version. Lesson learned!!After many years the hose on my Dyson split. This seemed to be well reviewed and although not as well made as the original Dyson part it took seconds to fit. I don’t expect it will have the longevity of the original part but at the price I’m happy to accept that

To the naked eye it seems exactly the same as the hose I've removed. It may be an inch or two shorter but I'm still able to extend it enough to vacuum the stairs and so on, so not an issue. It seems just as thick as Dyson's so I don't think it's going to split quickly, although time will tell. Given the price if I have to buy another in a few years then it's still a big saving.

This third party offering clicked into place far better than some other third party Dyson alternative products I have previously used. This replaces the original Dyson equivalent at a significantly reduced cost.Not identical though very close in design to the original Dyson version, connecting up and subsequent use confirms that this choice does work very well indeed. Good value for those who rule with their head rather than blindly pay far too much for original spare parts.Highly recommended. 5 stars from me for quality of materials used, compatible design that connects up and works as flawlessly as the original Dyson product.

I bought this to replace my original hose after it suffered a small split. This product fitted by DC33 perfectly. My only complaint is that it is slightly shorter than the original hose, so it doesn't reach the top of my stairs (which I think is fairly standard height - house built in 2001).Generally I happy with the product because it is restored suction to the hose and it is much cheaper than a replacement from Dyson.

I bought this to replace my second dyson hose for my DC33. As other reviewers have stated, it's a little shorter than the official dyson item and I struggle to reach the top step of my stairs with the vacuum at the bottom of the stairs. Apart from that issue, this hose performs well. It clipped in nicely to the Dyson and looks good compared to the original part all at a lower price.1 star dropped for the length but I would definitely buy this again.

The hose on my dyson had split horribly (it’s about 8 years old) and I was about to purchase a brand new replacement hoover when I thought I’d give a new hose a try. I’m glad I did. The hose is well made and fit my dyson easily. Hoover is like new again and I’m sure I’ll get another few years out of it! The hose was easy to fit and extends really well with no problems.

i ordered this to replace the pipe hose on my dyson i have not had any problems using it bear in mind this is not a dyson product so on appearence it did look cheap and not of the best quality but i am using it currently and is working fine it was inexpensive am unsure how long it will last on the plus side i think the tube is longer than the origional but if your in a pinch i would say order because you cant expect anything more
