If you’re doing any meal prepping this is great to have. If you don’t need all the containers I recommend leaving one out and putting in a bigger ice pack. That skinny included one doesn’t do a whole lot especially if it’s a long time before you eat. Anyways, it’s a convenient little pack and the shaker bottles is a great addition. Definitely recommend

Bag is good and containers are great, the only thing I did not like was the lid to the bottles not easy to open and they seal so tight that I broke one and the other one have not been able to open with out putting all my strength to it

If you need something cheap and easy this is it. Quality is average all around shakers don't leak the containers may because they ate so thin and small sized. Easy to carry and access very portable just don't over stuff it and the zipper shouldn't break.
